CIC Fund will announce on Thursday December 7, 2017 a public listing of its convertible unsecured loan stock ("CULS") in January 2017, which will also allow common shareholder participation and the ability to also trade their shares

we all have the original shares as part of our portfolio as these are the ones we bought in the beginning. so I guess you can trade and get listed soon or hold off. ?? not sure the gain, benefit of doing one or the other, I guess if the price tanks you are poorer but no different if you stay and the same happens what is the plan for the original common cic capital fund ltd shares to relist?

yes nice and steady, they need more hotels. so some debt and equity I would think. with 100 million shares they could easily do another 50 million raise, ideal would be an sp around 1.5 and then the amount cash or stocks would change. least the money is to build the business and not keep it running. will have a look at the slide show they also send out later

No great moves yesterday before today's update. We will get better clarity on revpar, costs, actual profit up to sept, insight into first quarter. Expect divi increase, from low levels it has to be said, if profit has increased then it will follow suit. This year was to be the lower year of all the extra costs before 2018, 2019 onwards so let's see.

this is when they need to get into gear now and see some sold. I note on twitter there next conference has all the vistech products being highlighted to sell more! including malaria and cd4

So we will see the detail behind the numbers. Since then they have announced another four hotels into 2018, so it shows the next year and 2019 might see revenue go up significantly. This has �2 or �3 easily marked in two years

Ok so that's 2.5 million using one daily shift, �4 pop over 12 months equals �10 million. We read numbers of 200 million units needed? Is that correct? A huge number so therefore all shifts, both factories and more! Is that number right? Tick up this afternoon, everything trickling in and buying gives nice increase, it would be great if we broke the 28 p mark, get stuck around there every time.

If market demand was at peak capacity, at a price of �4 per kit, it could generate �10 million in revenue for the group

I knew you would say that. I'm not falling for stocks but we all think about what the stock is doing or not actually doing all the time. I'm not selling, I'll see the next 12 months ++, it's the roller coaster of stocks

I think I have moved on in soul and feeling for this stock. I haven't sold any as my other half of the brain is saying wait this out. its the level of time and no change that makes you feel as though by the time they do something the world will have moved on. and now the day we all wanted 2 years ago for CE marking we get told real no great change for another 12 months!!

i agree and that's my worry. that by the time everything is done the world has moved on and we are tool late to take advantage of it so the product has less value?

I'm in one of these scenarios again where you hold the stock for so long with little great info that you then start consider selling. The irony of course we are closer to positives than ever before . However the wait starts to make you question and look at alternatives. Waiting until December done, by then hopefully a good idea. At this stage I can never see a divi or great change, hoping.m
