Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Exxon close at a high! people are after oil and gas. expectations that iran will also now strike back.
If the war ends this is above £1 easily, if it doesn’t or the gov decides to take it over then £0!!
you make your choice and go from there, gla
People must have some confidence the delist price is higher than now and the fraud case has been put to bed and seen as specific and won’t happen again or any other parts of the business. this is a successful business that will now be bought out
If they offer the 87p indicated in last nav report then i’ll take that, they won’t go anywhere near it
Obvious but well stated.
If a Capital Return or Cancellation is determined to be appropriate by the board, the company will seek to ensure a partial exit for shareholders. The company will not put any resolutions resulting from the review to shareholders unless it reasonably believes that such resolutions would be passed at a company general meeting.
they need us to vote but everything is now written to demonstrate they have no choice and in everyone’s interest. this is a management buyout. now announced no one will buy the shares either
Good, viable business, had an aspect of fraud, sp lower, great opportunity as liquidity in market is now so low to use as excuse and opportunity for ceo to buy out full business at a no doubt huge discount.
they’ll calculate fair value based of last 30 days trading etc, add 10% and that will be recommended sale price. before anyone starts there is little we can do, its all legal!
If that jumps in price, worth something. as much silver as some pure precious metal miners
Knew was nothing to do with dec but impact on oil and gas prices
Lots on twitter, suggesting big impact on gas and oil? plus middle east?
I thought the same and asked a few about this before buying in and thinking was a few years yet as everything is going into buying more. understood the dynamic and bought more. at what point does a business switch? in some respects i dont care, i guess based on income needed. i like this share, i'm going to watch, buy more over a longer period of time and have it as a income stream when the divi eventually starts
Mmmm shame, if ever a time to own gold! not surprised
We are into the bull rise for interest rate drops being priced in, dollar being challenged which will help commodities including gas. i’m hopeful this will gain a lot of momentum. i took the divi with an extra 50 k worth of shares that i bought before x divi and then sold at a profit so all in all not too bad. i’d like a rise now back towards a £20 mark and then going on from there!! hard road, gas and oil have a rosey fixture.
not so happy about divi cut but can’t say it wasn’t expected.
Today’s statement is as close to the wind as they can go, saying enough, being factually correct without being too positive but seen to be reasonable.
it’s a reasonable update determined by the board and legally spot on no doubt with regulator and their broker. as someone else said, all about the vote which they will know the result of
Soon i’ll be blue again and off to the races!! nearly breakeven and i’m sure more to run here, could see £3 before i’ll start to sell the next two months are going to be huge
Everything written on the pre text of success, you’d expect that. i understand votes from the first one count? so they’ve either achieved more votes with the extra and they know or they’ll have to go again. i doubt many private, retail investors have accepted why would they with gold increasing. one way or another they want this over the line as gov approvals come through
Who cares how and why lets just see the share go up. its been along time as it slowly rights itself and firstly gives the divi and then an sp gain. i need a fair chunk more yet but it will come as its well undervalue if perf has been reinstated and brought back.
