i'll wait until the results and divi gets announced and close to divi closing date. the shares will drop off more and more? even if i great divi gets announced and the sp jumps i wont be anything near what has been lost. i still own some at now around £4.20 but also took a load out in advance so awaiting back in. i'm going to wait until divi is know, next steps then

yes because its different and its new and seen as cant be stopped. so if my 75 year old dad got this virus tomorrow and suffers with some problems we wouldnt think flu would kill him but this might. its new, its different, it wont simply get ranked alongside other illness and seen as thats just the way it is

Rubbish, you can’t compare. There will have been diseases and huge numbers of deaths over many years but little communication to tell anyone. Now everyone knows everything and more. It’s like everyone says in the old days there was no problems, life was good etc etc. The good old days when thousands would die but never shared.

Big difference now is pro active work to try and shut it down which has consequences for business. There will be winners abc losers. Ie internet food delivery I think might do very well

Don’t agree, the sp is based on company performance which will be affected whether in Aviva or market as a whole. Many businesses unless they have cash reserves could now go under. Whatever you think of the virus itself it’s impacting business. If hundreds had it around you, if more started to die then perspectives would change, we don’t know everything yet

whether flying,, buying a car or many other aspects, unless your selling detol or masks you could really go bust. if companies havent got cash in the bank or facilities this is like the crisis, businesses will go under due to lack of cash flow

this might now hot under £1.60. whilst business might be overall sound without confirmation of this,, good numbers and not been impacted by the virus need to be proven

I’m waiting, virus has a lot more panick and bad news days to play out yet, even if it turns the % benefit against previous is huge. Sold some Costa in at 6%, should have sold far earlier but now have a little cash

really interesting this. it doesnt make me buy more as i already hold enough and not sure still what is around the corner. in regards direction, thinking, it makes sense. whether this comes at a dilution, costs to shareholders will keep people away. there was no numbers and indication therefore of how far down the road we are and next steps. better than the past, long way still to go unless they break through the magic volume which gives them some cash. makes sense selling processed as close to home as possible

Chris states more business for the factory than they can handle? plus looking for further assets as the foundation this year is established. CG is starting to come out fighting again. I think a leaner, cost based, factory and one quarry working to establish break even, to then be complimented by more if and when they break even or win their case.

Note he states they fought loosing their assets last year, not just one quarry? These two new guys from last year have had a huge impact and this is how they should have always started the business instead of doing everything piece meal and getting little value overall

My only reservation would be a level of show whilst the legal case continues as they need to demonstrate value in business and therefore lost value to claim against. Marble quarrying I would suggest now is the cheap bit, lots of it, quarried plenty for sometime so they’d do better working with other quarries to sell different types all over the world

No point having a factory that doesn’t run a lot but looks good. There’s enough business in the world of marble to help everyone is Kosovo sell it. I’m doubtful now of the comments that suggested the place is closed down.

No doubt from a high of 22 p this would have been a huge loss. The 40% extra are all gone as the quarries are now owned and reduced hence however the legal battle as one owner didn’t like the price.

I think its actually now in its best position where as it’s not trying to be big, huge and overcommitted, it’s small, trying to break even and reduce costs. It should have started in this manner rather than with all the glamour. What is mr Luckett doing, he obviously sees potential as his stake and that of the directors recently increased

One quarry and full volume, factory using all material internal and external to fill the hours and bring costs down, other quarries on go slow and litigation against lost quarry.

Best results so far, they've actually considered how to manage costs properly and grow slowly until legal wrangle settled. In fact some of the hiring maybe based around reward if it turns out well. I wonder if they have any other un opened quarries on the books that could fill the lost gap?

I'm more confident than ever that actually something may come good, this is how they should have started the business whilst growing sales
