Yes they are allowed to the end of September and they threw a "likely" in but it is another missed deadline. By the way have you checked the websites yet?

Without an RNS my bet is 0.5p by the end of the week.

Its not only Poor and DrM who done know their a*** from their elbow. RMS want name change which means more websites when they cant even update the P2F website with any new team members, changes in job title/role, news on all these great developments and as I type this post the Pro Larva site is down.

If you cant manage a couple of simple websites it doesn't bode well for complex business tasks. Any potential customers looking at these sites would be left to conclude its an absolute joke.

The AGM will be pushed back to mid august at the earliest. I have said before they will delay the AGM because the only thing these guys are good at is missing deadlines and dropping balls.

DrM, once an agreement is announced and its clear Volz will do the marketing to their customers then yes this will be a reason to be optimistic. Until then as always your post is just idle speculation.

At this point in time there isn't even an agreement in place with Volz to develop a product. All we have been told is they have done proof of concept and are discussing how to commercialise, which RMS stated will take several months. By which time all the schools and government buildings would have taken and spent the grants so wont even be in the market.

MyIPA in June I bought at 0.9 and sold half a few days later at average 1.4 the rest at 1.3 on the way down. Sounds great but really only covered the losses incurred by bigger boats fiasco. Had a few left and bought and sold just in case RMS report good news but the longer this drags on the less likely and if they do the less impact.

You are the clown for hanging on to dead wood watching it slide south for 6 months. Possibly averaging down along the way which will just result in even more losses as there is no reason why the trend will change.

DrM is a clown for suggesting I said don't wear masks when I never said that and trying to make out the worsening Covid situation is somehow good for RMS to save his underwater investment. Shame in you DrM because its not even relevant as your fellow clowns in charge at RMS clearly couldn't organise a p*** up in a brewery.

The only saving grace for RMS is the £6M TB left them to burn, last reported to be "around" £5M and by September interims expect £4M or less.

Expect the smart money to buy at 0.5p

Kainos you make a good point, proper investors might pile in when they they think RMS price has bottomed out.

I think you are right and you should sell now and buy when they do. You will either get free shares or same shares while taking some cash off the table, great idea idea Kainos

Hi Brucy, not sure paid derampers makes any sense, pray tell who would pay and why?

I can think of reason why you might get paid rampers as small caps want to boost the share price

To raise cash
To complete a takeover
So directors can exercise underwater options
So weak BoD can avoid shareholder revolts at AGMs

Last one strikes a cord, perhaps you should talk to Poor, DrM or Kainos about why they are on a shift pattern working this BB 24/7 with share price boosting fantasies.

Its only way behind the curve they set which was 5M masks in Jan and 10M in Feb. This curve has been followed by RNSs updating on sales and agreements which yes fall way behind the RMS curve.

I'm not sure why it matters but yes I have enough shares left to be in the game so to speak.

StandonkinQ1 The point of these boards is post and hear opinion be it positive or negative.

I base my current opinion on reported news not wishful thinking. I also look at trends and RMS trend for the last 3 or 6 months is consistent decline of 15% a month irrespective of peaks and troughs based on good or bad news.

To reverse this trend RMS need a mega deal or deals not the tit bits reported to date where SP peaks and fall again to continue steady 15% a month decline.

Unfortunately a mega deal is now just wishful thinking.

IMO RMS SP will continue to fall by 15% a month until the interims end of September. Then it might get better but if the sales are as reported so far then SP will be less than 0.5p within a week.

RMS report the Amazon deal, the numed distribution and the deal with India and nothing else, this only make sense if there are no other sales.

RMS tell us sales update end of May then no sales update, forgotten never to be mentioned again even on this BB

RMS tell shareholders this BoD will be better at communicating news than the previous team.

I'm sorry buy anyone who takes the above points and concludes there will be sales is just delusional.

2. Nano feed is old product line with no reported sales, just an agreement with a start up to buy tuppence worth
3. air filters just proof of concept no reported agreement to do anything with Volz just an aspiration to work together.

Has cash but no idea how to use it so IMO NO potential as long as its a 4 man company.

This will go up on news but the longer this lack of info goes on the weaker the next spike will be and until then it will just go down, as it has done for 6 months.

A PLC must give 21 days clear notice of an AGM, the day of sending the notice and the day of Meeting cannot be counted, which means today is the last day to send notice for a July AGM.

If RMS need to post any another 2 days has to be added to notice period in which case RMS have already missed the July AGM boat.

I never said DrC should buy any I just noted the 18% was wrong. He like everyone else was diluted after the funding round.
