They raised £6M net if they burn through that with no sales raising more will be nigh on impossible.

The only hope for RMS is to use the cash and shares to acquire real trading businesses where owners want an exit or need capital to grow.

Nina RMS do not have any other products and they have stopped talking about Volz who have huge opportunity in Germany to sell more and more filters with the government picking up the bill.

The RNS you refer to said RMS are allowed to hold the AGM up to 30th September and went on to say the Company is keen to proceed with the proposed name change and re-branding and hence has no wish to delay the AGM, when the proposed name change will be put to shareholders, much beyond the end of July.

The Company plans to hold the general meeting to approve the disposal of Gyrometric Systems Ltd ("GM") on the same day as the AGM.

Oh poor please stop it. RMS raised net £6M at year end by June Legge didn't day £5M he said "approximately £5M" which already implies less than and without any reported sales worth a damn since that RNS it must be even less by now.

I am not investing because I don't believe in the management of RMS I am simply taking a punt betting news will come and the SP will spike. I may well buy more if the price continues to fall but always with my stop loss in mind.

One sensible post in a sea of it will never be this cheap again, positive news tomorrow, 3p by end of week, dont sell now you'll regret it, don't listen to these grubs filter them.

DrM you can watch your investment drift away by all means when it hits the stop loss price or time without news then yes i'm out.

We agree this will drift down without news but replying to shareholders with "ramping up the PR and still talking to India" does not inspire confidence.

Poorinvester, BeardedDragon is correct right without any saleable products, no inhouse factory, patents for nothing anyone wants and less than £5M in the bank it is worth 0.5p a share. At 0.88 it's worth a punt just in case they pull a rabbit out of their previously empty hat.

DrM is right its worth a punt now so just topped up with 1M at 0.8845 at 16:21:34.

Might buy some more tomorrow or might not because it cant work as well as in June when I bought 6M shares making 40% profit in a few days.
