Early days but market reaction is muted.
Increasingly regular occurrence - this must be the 3rd or 4th company I've heard of on AIM, who've temporarily suspended due to an audit delay.

Yup. It's pretty much a forgotten stock now. All the hopes and interest from a couple of years ago has been replaced with disillusionment and has moved on. My own holding is 85% down, but I position-sized it very small 'cos I knew it was high risk, so I don't care much about Loopup anymore. The shares are at the very bottom of the dusty bottom drawer.
In that context, your post, jointhedots, tingled a little interest.... not that I'll be topping up.
It'll be interesting to see if they fail to do what you say and are forced to tap the markets again, if there'll be any investors out there gullible enough to continue to fund the company and its director's lifestyle one more time!

To be clear, I'm referring to the last reshuffle. On that occasion it seems 2 companies were bumped up and 2 bumped down. A 3rd was promoted due to a merger between two FTSE 250 constituents.

I see you list 4 entry candidates and 3 automatic exits candidates. Do you know how many companies get bumped up or down from the index each quarter?
I did some digging myself. According to this source, the quarterly review was announced on 1/3/23 and became effective 20/3/23. Presume the next review will be announced on 1/6/23.

And the other question is, do any of you bright fellows know what the cylinder sells for and the gross margin? Haven't been able to find that info, but it may be confidential.

No straight line to 100p I'm afraid.... more like a drop from 71p two weeks ago to 52p today.
Never underestimate the volatility!

I won't be selling either, but I'm still not convinced the sale of one whole cylinder in 4 months is worth bragging about in an RNS despite deepjoy's spinning.
Of course you have to start somewhere, but this looks like a painfully slow process.
Far from exhibiting excitement at the prospects, market appears to be ignoring the RNS.

It does seem the board is finally waking up to the dire situation here. Laying down a pathway to possible wind-up in 2 years time is not tinkering around the edges. Market reaction's been positive too.

All current conditions considered, they read well to me.
A 13% drop is not massive, but it's unwarranted.
Decent divi too.

The last item in the timetable for Tui's rights issue says "24 April 2023 - Commencement of trading in the new shares".
So is that it then? New shares issued, received and tradable? Nothing else to come?
If that's correct then the market hasn't yet been flooded with new shares being sold, as some thought, which is encouraging.
