I wasn't impressed. They kept referring to bloated past expenses (when they used to constantly tell us about AGFX's cash generation prowess), but they didn't explain away exactly how they will reign in said expenses going forward and why doing so wouldn't have yielded enough savings to have avoided this badly received placing. Question is, will the placing money really be used for 'investments', as they say, or will it get subsumed into the generality of the company's expense account? On past performance, the jury's out on that one.
I also didn't much like them, I'm afraid. Didn't find them genuine. I think back to watching old Harry Adams back in the day and remember how shifty he seemed. It's clear that AGFX has had a (quality) management problem from the start and this lot are doing nothing to shake it off in my mind.
I recognise that what I've written, especially the 2nd para, is an opinion and full of my personal bias, but there it is. I'm not de-ramping to buy in at a cheaper price or anything like that. I already hold AGFX and I'm not buying any more. Other views on the presentation welcome.
