And I see our esteemed CFO has decided to move to Ibstock, another company I own (RNSs on both websites). Why would he do that? Ibstock has turned out to be a rubbish co. with many missteps taken over the past 5 years.

I don't think it's a melting ice cube. My optimism isn't blind because I back investment to flow back into environmental and green businesses. I just don't know when.

And for me. My 6th. Perhaps I shouldn't be chasing my losses but I have to do something to mitigate them.

At some point this has to turn although I've been saying this for a while. Company has plenty of net cash on its balance sheet and won't be going bust... although priced to do so.

There appears to be a favourable research note out, albeit some are questioning its independence. See advfn chatline.

Today I can both sell all my shares for 1.9p per share and buy as many as I want at 1.9p per share... don't think I've ever seen a zero spread on a share before.

Have even the market makers given up on making money from RENX?

$1.6m recognised revenue in the half against $7.9m in admin expenses. We are so far from breakeven and the pace towards being sustainable is glacial. I can't see how this co. escapes a highly dilutive cash raise.

Have to echo those comments gentlemen. I just made a 'dummy buy' of RENX and could get as many shares as I wanted at 2.05p! Absolutely shocking when one thinks that the sp was circa 6p just 3 months ago. At the time I thought 6p was incredibly low, but what did I know, turned out it was only low in relation to what I'd spent...! At a 2.05p buy price I could triple my (expensively acquired) holding of shares (and do commensurately wonderful things to my average) for a mere £500..... just incredible... almost fancy a punt, lol.....

385K shares issued for the benefit of the BOD at an exercise price of 300 pence, "representing a 17.6 per cent. premium to the closing price on 23 March 2026. The options have a three year vesting period and are capable of exercise for up to 10 years from the date of issue." Nice for the boys, very nice indeed.

"Upper end of guidance". Share price reacting favourably.

I still bet they cite the middle east as a reason for poor per performance! Assuming performance is poor. And the sp tell's us it will be. And even if it isn't, I'll still expect the sp to drop on results day. Such is this market and such is sentiment for this company. Forgive my cynicism.

No need to apologise oogle, perfectly reasonable to express exasperation imo. This company flatters to deceive.

I'll also find time to tune into the IMC presentation... a depressing watch it'll be.

Honestly, if they put as much care into running EKF as they do to their carefully crafted, mealy-mouthed words in these RNSs, we'd all be a lot better off!

"The 2025 results establish a strong foundation for the Five-Year Strategic Development plan"... Ah, right, so it's yet another reset and 5-yr turnaround plan (announced by yet another CEO), no mention of the previous 5-yr turnaround plan, what happened to that? Just pretend it never happened, easier than accepting any kind of responsibility.

And on the subject of pretending, my favourite is this one: "Based on the potential need for continued modest investment in the growth of our core areas the Board has previously decided that it would be prudent to pause dividend payments and to enhance shareholder value mainly through growth." Dividends? Oh? Pause which dividends? I haven't received a dividend to "pause" for flipping years. Deluded or plain dishonest? I know what most investors will decide.

Best to laugh rather than get angry - I and I alone made the decision to invest with this bunch of chancers 5 years ago.

Does that mean they'll commence a buyback at the expense of increased debt? If so, it's not a good idea because for obvious reasons buybacks should only be financed from cash profits. I'll let my much depleted investment in this company remain, but no way am I throwing more good money after bad.

Gateley recently consolidated their middle east operations at a new base in Dubai. Expecting that to be trotted out when the next results get reported. It's all going rather well...

There is a scenario where both of you may be right. What's changed in the last three months is the small matter of the Iran War, which is likely to wobble global growth. Why should London property be immune?

Iran war is a dampener but down 10% in a day when small caps are down 2-4%? Trifast seems to specialise in these outsized drops....

From 60p to 0.25p in 5 years, I'm afraid it may be game over chaps.

Expecting a quick de-list and take private, and then, in 5 years time once they've sorted things out and everybody's forgotten and the atmosphere for blue sky biotechs is more favourable , it'll be back to the public markets for a good old rinse and repeat.

That's how they do it and we PI's, gullible to the end, lap it up every time.

I've nothing useful to add other than to note the continued decline in the sp and to recall the old Peter Lynch joke where he's asked by an investor "the price is so low, how much lower can it go?" and he replies "if you buy the company at $20 or you buy it at $5 and the company goes bust, guess what? You both lose the same - everything!".
