opulentia, I admire your conviction. I am also a holder, so we hope for the same things here. What's striking about you is that you appear to be purchasing small amounts of shares pretty much on a daily basis. How do you do that? Don't you get crippled by commissions? Or are you using one of these newfangled commission-free 'order-flow' type arrangements? I don't mind your bullishness but one thing I know for sure - a realistic low-ball offer will not need to be anything like as high as £15, not with the price where it is today!

Thank you for digging up those figures andsoforth. I reckon it's quite ok to add debt to fund acquisitions, *if* the management know how to do it.... who knows for sure, but I think these guys do.

To be fair, every company in the index with a languishing share price gets mentioned as a target. If it happened here it would obviously be good news... and certainly there are international 'luxury branded' companies with very deep pockets!

With their main man returning to Italy, recent BOD share sales and with the current malaise in travel tainting sentiment in the company, poor old BRBY can't catch an even break! I hold shares but not with much relish. The road ahead looks increasingly long & arduous... can anyone see a catalyst?

I'm sure you read a recent broker's (bullish) forecast of Boohoo, which specifically brought up Shein and concluded that the app would likely get banned here.

Ah, yes I read that now, thanks. Yet the updates themselves are hopeful, so I'm still not reading anything sinister in the short delay, or in the recent share price decline for that matter, although I could be wrong of course. It hasn't been a great month or two for UK small caps anyway.

I can't see a particular reason for the weak share price recently. Yes, Canaccord sold a chunk in June but the share price recovered from that... yet we are back at 3750p to sell. Strange. Results in October as usual... I think all is well.

I'm not aware of any delay to the forthcoming results. The company stated as long ago as their RNS of 17/09/20 that the "current year financial statements will be prepared for the 53 week period from 28 June 2020 to 3 July 2021". The RNS of yesterday, 09/09/21, also states that the forthcoming results will be for the financial year ending 3 July 2021. They will be announcing the results 2 days earlier on Tuesday, 12 October 2021, not 14 October 2021. Where's the problem?

Rumours are that the low-ball offer came from Wizz Air. I was surprised because I didn't think that company was big enough to swallow EZJ. Hadn't realised that WIZZ is almost twice the market cap of EZJ... when did that happen? Then I compared the 5-year share price performance of both companies... well, I blinked! It's all there - EZJ has been a poor investment for quite some time.

There may be a bid from a trade suitor but certainly not from private equity - they like asset rich companies which they can load up with debt, not ones which are already heavily indebted. Yes the shares are too cheap, but value investors waiting for a recovery/re-rate almost always need huge amounts of patience, this is no different. I'm hanging on.

I can't see anything. It seems to be just sentiment, indeed the company previously advised that their 2nd half performance is usually stronger than their 1st... I've topped up.

I see the company's year end is 31st August. Hmm... has someone got wind of something?

The share price has dropped from 2200p in early July to 1630p today, caused not by bad news but no news!
