I'm not sure about Paul Scott - he gets a lot wrong - but still, every little helps as they say.
Also helpful, maybe, is today's RNS stating that Odey Asset Management bought some shares on 27/05/22. I think Odey are quite astute investors.
We could do with a change in wind direction.

- Unwinding the CRS fund inevitably takes time.
- The share price is already near the 80s, lol.
- 'Salvation must come from within'. Well, I'm doubting it will come from the current management - they are next to useless (CRS are right there).
All-in-all, quite depressing.

Rishi's unexpectedly large £15bn injection has helped all the retailers I hold today. I wouldn't want to predict tomorrow and nor would I want to call the bottom either.

Back in again on some temporary share price weakness. This is a well-managed little company in the right sector, so it wasn't a hard decision.

Sister, sorry I wasn't trying to teach you to suck eggs re directors' obligations! But note, the general behaviour of directors on AIM is another issue. I'm saying that only the NEDs are independent of management, or supposed to be, so it was correct in this case for them to head the investigation. As Pianista says, the auditors actually do the marking. That's my understanding.

Let me make a distinction about directors' responsibilities. All director's are legally obliged to act in the best interests of the company and within the law, etc, but as for being independent of the management, clearly the executive directors cannot be independent of themselves.... This is where the NEDs come in.

Past year this trust has shockingly underperformed its healthcare index, whether US or global. The question I'm asking myself is why pay WWH's fees if they can't even match the index? I'm better off with an ETF it seems.

Of course not. Because some fellow on the THG board writes "wpp down 9 % today on NO news - wonder if something's (an offer) about to drop" (whatever that means), doesn't make it true. Goodness!

I guess WPP is a bit of a bet on the macro, and that's looking worse and worse by the day.

I could write about the excellent IP of this company, or that Mr Mills has a contact book full of wealthy equity funders, or that Mt. Sinai itself is an institution with v deep pockets, (meaning, imo, that there would be no problem funding future cash calls, should they be required)... but you know all this stuff Silverblade. Fact is the share price is where it is because there;'s been no news on any of the hoped for new deals/catalysts. I'm still hopeful and am prepared to wait. That said, after this morning's top-up I feel I've staked enough on this single high-risk stock and won't be adding any more from here. Having topped up, I'm just trying to give a sense of why... but don't get me wrong, I'm feeling all of the pain of my losses on this co!

Before this board is totally overwhelmed with bearish views, it shouldn't be forgotten that the company is well funded and in no danger of going bust any time soon. $30m was raised just 6 weeks ago, the equity portion of which was for a price of £2.76 a share equivalent.

I never make share price predictions, but I have topped up on this morning's weakness which tells you all you need to know about my views as to the future. Price paid was a mere 141.95p.

Good point about the limits, that makes sense of the unwinding via a dividend in specie.
