Whilst I don't disagree, the fact remains that 59 million more shares are in PI hands, even allowing for some inevitable PI selling and selling to buy covid stocks. This shows in fact how strong the PI sentiment is, AND rightly so. Unfortunately because GS is now below 3% there will be no more TRi's and they will probably fall out of BMN'stop 10 shareholder register. It may be they have now finished there disposal and hence the TR1,which they were obliged to fiile anyway.

FWIW, I have done an analysis of the change in shareholdings from July19 through to August28th20. The bottom line is that YD have reduced their shareholding by 34m shares, but no reduction since April20 and Golden Summit have reduced their shareholding on a continuing basis from 65m shares to 38m shares (27m shares). This is a total of 61m shares.
At the same time the shareholdings of the various nominee holders (i.e. HL,Halifax,II,AJBell etc) have increased by 59m shares.
This is no coincidence, and whilst YD appear to be happy currently with their shareholding GS are continuing to reduce. We need to see the next shareholder register from BMN to know.
Saving grace is there are less than 38m shares to go from GS even if they want to get out entirely. Everything seems to stack up.

FWIW, the 2000,000 sell referred to at 12.30 was my "Buy". EML has far to go and everything is falling into place, so added to my holding.

Personally I think there is a biggish sell order in the background today as there is no reason whatsoever for there to be a change in the positive actions of the last week or so. The price move will still be to the upside, although not today probably.

I can well understand the difference between negativity and constructive criticism and I well understand critical path analysis. Further I can read you for what you are.

Basguy-FWIW The 20 day moving avarage and the MACD have both been very positive since 6th August.

testpack3. From reading through all your historical posts on EML it is quite clear what your agenda is. Negativity in each post. EML is actually making great progress in mining terms, and you may well miss the boat whilst trying to derail the train.

Good interview, but doesn't say anything new, merely and this is important reaffirms yet again the massive undervaluation by comparison with similar potash projects that are not as far advanced.

This is the best news for HZM since Orion and probably significantly more important as the investment banks will have crawled all over this doing their DD.

I think you may well find there has been a large sale this a.m. that hasn't yet been reported and the MM are still offloading it. We will see in due course. I have taken the opportunity to top up at this giveaway price.

TP3. The answer is easy, if you don't have faith don't invest. EML is totally diffferent from SXX, indeed the only similarity is potash. I was an investor in SXX and sold out ages ago at a significant profit (fact, not boasting). Why did I sell because whilst the whole concept was excellent, the cost of bringing the mine to production was horrendous and it was perfectly obvious that SXX was going to have major difficulty securing the sums involved. I am satisfied that EML has frankly a very small hill to climb by comparison with SXX. Another major difference is that EML is a relatively lowkey operator by comparison with SXX which was always issuing RNS's at every available opportunity.

Libero, I don't think you should read too much into JM's words re short covering. In the same way the reversing out of transactions has got nothing to do with transfers from one fund to another. I agree with Alfa that it may have been a reference to the Enerox deal that JM clearly thought was better than he had anticipated.

FYI, I have already had a response from John Meyer at SP Angel. From the tenor of his email I genuinely don't think he was aware of what has been going on and said he wanted to know who had been up to it and for what reason. He has passed my email to the relevant authorities. I will update this BB further when I here anything,which may not be for weeks, but at least I have now got JM in the loop so can legitimately chase him

I think the RNS is wrong, and the option prices are 5p,7p and 10p. It would be a nonsense having some options at .5p. some at .7p and some at .1.p. Options are designed to be an incentive. Not a virtual outright gift. Agree EML should issue a clarificatory RNS to make people happy
