James2. Basic laws of supply and demand, sells very significantly exceed buys. Indeed it has primarily been the lack of demand that is the cause, as opposed to excessive selling. One day everyone will see what they are missing and then everyone will jump in at once, it is always the same. The herd instinct. Just sit tight and wait, our turn will come, and big time.

Sivad- the answer is that SAV is still a long way from generating cash and anything could have happened to the price of Lit, so in a sense it doesn't matter what the price currently is. Having said that this project in my view, to a large extent as a result of the participation of GALP, is much closer to fruition than it was 6 months ago, notwithstanding the important issue of financing is still outstanding. IT makes eminent sense for Europe to have its own Lit supplies and given the size of the motor industry on the iberian peninsula, it's not badly positioned although obviously transport to the rest of the EU is not that bad either. For all these reasons I remain a LTH.

Hillview/Westie et Al. As I previously indicated I have increased my holding during the current fall. The fall doesn't surprise me, it always seems to happen whenever there is a placing/other fundraise. The prospects for EML are better with more cash in its pocket. We have also seen exactly the same with HZM, where the price is now below the placing price, notwithstanding that the co.is now closer to finalising the financing. The same is true here. Logic dictates that you should sell on any placing and then buy back in later. The real problem is that EML could quite easily jump by 10%, and then there is the whole issue of the buy/sell spread that is disastrous for trying to trade small co's like EML

whilst I am not a shareholder here, you need to look at the bigger picture. It is the Nasdaq selloff over the last 2 days that is having a direct ripple effect here. All my techrelated shares are down . Hope this helps allay fears.

Well, we all knew this was coming, so had ample time to get out, if it was a concern. The placing price might have been better if it had been implemented 2 or 3 weeks ago ,but it was always going to be at a discount and the actual discount to Frisday's close is not great. The only unfortunate thing is not so much that PI's were not given the chance to participate as in a rights issue, but it has been done via a placing where the institutional investors will flip the shares once they can make a quick buck. This wouldn't have happened if they had been able to find an institutional funder such as Orion, but I would have expected Haydn/Graham considered this and it wasn't a viable option. EML is still a very small company and that is the price to be paid for investing in such a small company at this stage of development. Personally I will take the inevitable fall on Monday to augment my holding here. Buy into the opportunity as opposed to looking at the negative side.

Kingshott, unless you are looking to sell tomorrow it is irrelevant whether it is a blue or a red day. Indeed if it is a red day you will get an even better bargain!! Investment relates to what the price is in 12/24 months time and the BMN fundamentals will have overridden any short term traders.

Whilst we are enduring one or possibly two reasonably large sellers, the good news is that we are getting many more investors buying into the BMN story. It is inevitable some of these are short term traders ( and they will rue the day they sold)

Added to which FB, no amount of deramping can reduce the price of Vanadium or inhibit progress towards BMN's aims.

Yes, there's a lot of buying, but there has probably been a big sell that isn't showing up yet and won't do so until after COB.

What is the time frame for the Longonjo project actually to be constructed and when is it intended to be operational? I haven't readily been able to find a timeline. Are all permits actually in place?

Cynically, I surmise that today's RNS is BHP/NMC orchestrated and will in fact bring a bid much closer, because the SP will be sufficently low to tempt PI's to accept a much lower offer. In reality sorting out all the issues for 9 months delay in the PFS is time well spent. Can we hold out against a bid?
