Who would have thought we would be trading at 0.003p in the same week the banking license for Alba was granted. In true Vela/CHP style they have managed to suppress the SP with a follow up RNS. Back in the bottom drawer for me and see what happens.

Shame they had to mention a fund raise only 2 hours after the banking license RNS. Has taken away any short term SP gains till we know the fund raise price. Don't listen to the new holders predicting 500% increases in a day, they are just short term traders. Feel more comfortable about my holding than I did yesterday though.

I did think Jim would be investing some of the £25 million. If it increases our stake in Alba though, it must be a good thing?

So when we get news the chart says this will move up. Wow, thats some prediction. We get good news and the charts suggest we might go up. There was me thinking there is alot more to these bollinger lines and lollipops.

So today's RNS was a transfer of shares not a purchase?

That is what I am getting at. If it was a purchase of shares then it would not be allowed if news really was "imminent". It would be classed as insider trading if that was the case.

So a transfer of shares between companies is allowed?

How does the closed period work if transfering shares from one company to another?

I am hoping they are not in a closed period as that would mean news is not imminent and could be quite some time away.

I know I am boring but the difference for me is that Brent has decided to take part in the last placing. In 5 years of overseeing Vela he never put his hand in his own pocket once. Why now would he decide too now? He could have continued to pocket £5k a month for doing nothing.

Thays my thoughts, if I was a neutral looking in, this would look like a screaming buy. The poor comms and Vela connection is all that is holding me back.

Surely the Vela connection with their shocking performance is all that is holding people back from investing here?
