If the BOD get a decent JV with a proper company then real LTH might stop being so negative. Till then it's the same as before. The BOD are being paid very well to do nothing whilst our shares are worth even less.

I bet if you had been invested for 5+ years and witnessed some of the worst investments ever made you would have a different opinion. Please see Mode or CDT as examples, there are numerous more if you care to read the RNS, s. Their pay should be performance related.

It would look like a solid appointment if we had a complete clear out and from the Vela days and got rid of Brent. Now, it just looks like jobs for the boys.

Look at the previous quarterly reports for Vela and compare to now. It was not even worth releasing. All we would like is some effort, they have literally put in the bare minimum required.

They just need to give us a proper update and better communication. Having tolerated BF and JN for over 5 years I thought things would be different . Is Jim Mccoll pulling a salary? Surely not if he is a multi millionaire?

The problem is that our still BOD member Brent Fitzpatrick has overseen some of the worst investments I have ever seen. Not just a one off but the majority have been shockers. The difference between you and me is he is being paid to make these investments and is supposed to have knowledge and insight into companies we could not invest in.

The difference since the rebranding of Vela is Jim Mccoll is involved and it was hoped the the Scottish billionaire would bring something different to the party. So far he certainly has not but time will tell. The quarterly report though is embarrassing. Normally we would get a breakdown of each investment and who they have had meetings with.

The only difference this time is they have put their own money in. Absolute joke of a quarterly report/update though. The lack of effort really is a kick in the teeth.
