Same, I have stupidly bought more to try and re-coup some of my Vela losses. Would have been happier if both JN and Brent had left as part of the restructure. At least BF took part in the last placing though. Something he never did when this was Vela.

Nothing to see here until the price of the fundraise is know. Once that is complete then the SP will act accordingly. Still yet to see many placings at a premium so expect the price to be 0.0025 ish. Then at some point we will re-rate being a major shareholder in a new bank.

Why we we need an interview. Why can't they just give us a project update via a RNS.

If that's news was know and leaked then there would be much more volume and larger trades.

Do they not have to give us the details of the fundraise before the vote?

They said the same about James Normand when it was Vela technologies. He was an investing god and only needed time to increase shareholder value ten fold. Him and Brent Fitzpatrick over seen some of the worst investments I have ever witnessed.

Big Jim is already a biliionaire, I am not sure he will care to much about a few disgruntled shareholders. He did however not become a billionaire by chance. Hence why I am still invested.

The negative drivel is more than warranted in my opinion. The timing and content of the 2nd RNS has resulted in no increase in SP even after the banking license approval.

I get that time is the key thing and the BOD only have a short time to raise the funds. In my opinion they could have handled in differently and have shown very little regards to current shareholders. Time will tell if things really have changed from the Vela days. At the minute they ate showing themselves to be every bit as useless. On diffetence this time is we are all loosing money togeather. So I am hopefull as they have skin in the game there is more going on than what we are aware.

It's a mystery. My guess and it's exactly that a guess. The fundraise will be at a discounted rates for them to buy into and easily lower their averages. I can't believe a proven business man and billionaire would not have known this would happen.

No bother on Barclays, can sell and buy no problem.

Good point, I do think current shareholders should also be given the opportunity to invest at the discounted price though.

As somebody already stated, Jim Mccoll must have been well aware £25 million or a substantial sum would be needed. Correct me if I am wrong but we ate preety much in a no win situation. If the placing is at a massive discount then we will be further down on our investment. If Alba don't get the investment then they don't get the license. We need more details ASAP, not just a few days before the 12th.

Buying into Alba is a no brainier but what price is the fundraise. They asking us to vote without all the information.

Fund raise at a discount to the current SP, my guess would be around 0.0022p. Billions more shares in circulation. Not where I thought we would be the week after the Alba license news. Hopefully the directors buy in again and maybe some sort of reward for existing holders shareholders. Might be tempted into a few more if they do, until the details of the fund raise are released then I will sit on what I have got.

Either way, people are now selling at the same SP as before we got the license. I suspect they bieve the BOD are not looking after the best interests of the shareholders. What should have been a great finish to the week is now the same old story.

The placing will be at a reduced price, I suspect more like 0.0025. Will be interested to see how much the directors are putting in.

Why can't the billionaire put the £25 million in?

Been here nearly 6 years, I can assure you they are making money every month with their £5k salaries. Only difference this time is they have bought shares.
