This is obviously great news but as you said, sums up or BOD. I would imagine they will release the merger news in the even later quarterly report too save them having too draft 2 RNS.

Great results. We know that we are months away from production so no need for the negative spin. So far Troy is performing far better than I expected and I welcome the increased comns since he has been promoted.

I don't blame the BOD for my investment in Vela. As we all know it was a gamble. For me a gamble on JNs reputation and history is why I invested.

I do blame the BOD for some absolutely woeful investing and even worse communication though.

Can't wait for the postmans views on yet another one of the BOD cracking investments. It is and always has been AZ1656 that will be the only investment too get us our money back.

Let's hope Code was one of the ones we sold too keep the lights on or it will go on the list of heavily underwater.

18 months ago I exchanged emails with Brent. I was that annoyed with his lacklustre reply I posted them on here and telegram.

Somebody from Vela obviously monitors these BBs. His last response was he would no longer reply to my emails as I had posted his woeful email response on social media.

It matters what they tell us via a RNS. We had £50k left over 3 months ago. Wages alone will have wiped that out.

· The investments made since the quarter end have reduced the Company's cash balances to c.£50,000 as at the date of this announcement.

The quarterly report was brought in by the BOD to enhance BOD and shareholder comms. So far they have been late with every one so it's actually having the opposite affect. It makes them look carefree and lazy. On this occasion I do understand the delay as they will be waiting for the merger news first.

I would like to be informed what shares they have sold though as we will be out of money in the bank weeks ago.

The rise was nice whilst it lasted.

Thought there might be a bit more buying interest that a 23p buy.

I take it they are waiting till after the 20th till they release the quarterly report.

As a shareholder I would like too know exactly what they have sold too keep the lights on.

Either way it a big week for Vela. Very much boom or bust in my opinion.

The meeting fir the merger is now postponed till 20th September. That's why there has been no SP action.
