Anybody who want too see the back of Brent and JN please join the Vela technologies telegram group. Some of the member are trying too see if we have enough shares between us too call a EGM and try too force them out. You just need too fill out a simple Google form with how many shares you own. Nothing may happen but atleast we will feel like we have done something. They are stealing a wage and have been for 3 years.

Best get a wiggle on then and start digging the stuff up.

I am invested and happy too hold long term but some of the valuations on here and telegram are wild. We can't even break 2p and there is talk of multiple £s.

The failure too obtain the permission too mine and telling investors we would be shovel ready in 2022 and producing in 2023 is extremely poor management. Hence the share price and low price placings.

Might by time too cut losses. Even at this lowly SP our BOD have not bought a single share and are continuing to earn £5k a month.

I woukd still class FEB/March 2024 and early in 2024.

Either way there is still time for UFO to turn this around.

Before the petty name calling starts then let's deal in facts.

We only have enough cash till early 2024. We need real news before then or we will run out of cash and require yet another very damaging placing.

Still plenty of time though for this to be avoided and all the permissions to be granted and iron ore too eventually be mined.

They just need to be upfront with us now. We must have run out of money as the PUT option is not looking like being excercised at the moment. Where is the running cost/wages money coming from? What have they sold and exactly what is the plan going forward if we do not get anything back from CDT.

Joe, you are correct in everything you say. But nothing is new. Our BOD have been useless for 3 years, investments terrible. Allowing Laiker back on the BOD too sell his shares for double the SP at the time was nothing short of scandalous.

But you have a fairly low average and most of this was public knowledge before you invested. You should have carried out better research before investing your own money. Just like me you decided to invest and could have pulled your money out at any time. I don't give advice as its not my place but I do think you should question if investing in AIM is for you. If your lucky enough too have spare cash then you can easily get 5% per year interest in a ISA.

It's been some fall for CDT. Not sure I have seen a share lose so much with with no news in such a short spece of time.

Vela oversold? Nope, look at out portfolio of investments. Absolute shambles and very little cash too invest now. AZ1656 was going to be our only saviour and that's not going too well is it. CDT looks very likely too finish the week under the $1 mark.

I dont honestly know now. It is what it is. Still down a packet so pointless selling and honestly thought the PUT option would see a decent rise in SP allowing me too sell out and cut my losses. Clearly not the case so far.

Yes, it can be the only explanation why the PUT option has not been excercised.

To be fair it does re-read that we can't excercise the PUT option below $5 and above $15. Hence the reason we have not excercised and why somebody dumped 90 million shares yesterday. CDT will have too go on some run between now and 7th Feb 2024.

4.5 months is not very long at all. What happens after the 7th Feb 24 if not excercised? Does our investment once again become a right off.

As always with Vela, more questions than answers that have led to a pathetic SP, not because of what is wrote on here.

Very strange time for somebody too dump 90 million shares. Once again we are questioning exactly what our BOD are actually doing when they could very easily update investors. There must be a reason why they have not excersised the option.

Because they have zero concern or regards to Vela shareholders or the price of the SP would be my best guess. Their salaries get paid regardless and they have not bought a single share between them.

It's so simple that even JN and Brent should be able too manage it. If the SP had been above $5 then they may have had to deploy a bit more caution/skill to when they excercised the option. As it stands they can't fail to get the maximum amount of shares available. Get it done.
