What the earliest date they can excercised the PUT option?

They are exactly as bad as we think they are. They do however have a chance too redeem themselves. Will they take it? Time will tell.

If they time it right and the conduit share price goes up then I agree. The only suprise for me though would be Brent and JN getting it right. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

Joe too answer your question. I was originally waiting for 0.04p before bailing out. Will now wait and see how we get on with conduit deal first.

Certainly looks like we are going to get the maximum shares we could in Conduit. As long as they actually excersise the option and hopefully then the SP recovers. Still chance to get our money back yet.

CDT is looking like a Vela investment. It's getting absolutely hammered. Looks like $5 will be breached this week. Would be great if we excercised at the bottom and made a absolute packet as the CDT share price increases.

The SP has never been 15p. I assume you missed a decimal point.

With JN and Brent there is no guarantees of a RNS in a week.

The merger is the best thing too happen to any of our investments for 18 months and they where still 2 hours late too the party. 2 hours might not seem like much but it shows you how little effort they put in too managing Vela. It's a token effort and they get paid the same regardless of the SP.

This will be back down below 0.02 this week unless the clowns act now. Not sure when I will learn with Vela. As soon as their is a rise, sell your shares and buy back more 1 too 2 weeks later.

I have admit it's odd. Remember though that alot of us have been here for 3 years now. At the time of the successful trial announcement it also made no sense to me to sell. We had been told that a commercial deal would be announced almost immiditely after the success of the trial. It was not forthcoming and still we waited. I can understand for that reason why some are selling after a 50% rise. Brent and JN have so far been a massive disappointment and I doubt that will change anytime soon. For me I will wait and see what get said in the late quarterly report and further news on the PUT option.

Down almost 40%, not the best start too trading.

Conduit pharmaceutical is down nearly 40% so far today. Does that mean we will now be getting more shares as the deal takes a 10 day average from the merger date. I am getting a little confused by it all. Do we not own any shares till after the 10 day period?

Out of money in less than 4 months. Let's hope they have a plan and it does not involve another placing. We will not be in production by then.
