Stayed with BCN because of their vast potential. Stayed with UKOG for the same reason. BCN management disappointing, UKOG frustration with the planning process, KDNC when will assets turn into shareholder value?

Death by a thousand cuts. UKOG, BCN, KDNC. For 12 months I have been saying "Can't sell at these prices" only to see them drop again and again. My only comfort is an Ozzie friend put me into Walkabout resources (you are kidding) WKT.ASX which have nearly doubled.

Thank you FrankieH for your ubpeat report on the AGM I have been holding KDNC for many years being a REMMER at one time. My holding is disproportionate to the value of my portfolio because bought cheap and felt confident that this was the one that was going to make me a million. . I have been topping up all the way down as I the asset value of the investments gave me confidence. recently however, I have begone to wonder whether the company's ethos and strategy will ever bring shareholder value. If the company never declares a profit but continually reinvests into newly discovered exploration companies, never pays a dividend, when will we see a return? I would be grateful for yours and other views on this board. This is not a deramp as I am already down £10k

Perhaps the buyer already has 999975 and has a tidy mind. However, a lot of professional pundits buy tiny amounts just to get on the register and be able to attend AGM s. I knew a guy who would buy 10 shares of the big boys so that he could enjoy the freebies at the AGM . After i bought my French property I invested £1k in P & O and got a 50% discount on all Channel crossings. in the 7 years I owned the house, the shares went up three times. Best investment I ever made (the shares not the house)

Without doubt the most positive statement issued by the BOD since this project started. This has renewed my confidence .Gross income for the first year of production I would estimate at $185m rising to $350m when the second phase comes on. On that basis I see no reason why share trading shouldn't switch to the main market with all the attention that will generate from investment funds looking to park their assets. Onwards and upwards.

The lower the share price the more vulnerable the company is to a take over. I expect that more than a few of the big boys with lots of cash are waiting to see what happens next. They are probably hoping that the re financing will fail enabling them to seize the Sonoma project for a fraction of it's worth. When a share gets to be top of the leader board investors otherwise ignorant of the company are drawn in and after investigation (including reading this board ) they most likely will want to get in on the action. This was my method of investing in 2006/8 and I turned £25k into £78k My Achilles heel is being unable to take a profit so Chariot oil, GKN, and several others of the same ilk had me clapping my hands until the 2008 crash when I was back to £25k. So remember Lord Rothschild's reply when asked why he was so successful " I have never been able to sell at the top" We have seen 11p . When would Lord Rothchild choose to sell? Answers on a postcard please.

On current Hasting SP, Cadence's stake in Hasting is worth �8.4 Million. Anybody know what they paid for their stake?

I am baffled by the SP being so low. The assets of this company far exceed the share capital by a massive amount. If this company liquidated now and the assets distributed to shareholders we would all be very happy. Don't forget that as well as all the listed stakes, KDNC still has a 30% stake in the Sonora project. How much is that worth. BCN estimate the value of the project at $1.72 billion.

BCN are asset rich and development costs poor. Us long term holders have been disappointed with the slow progress especially with the feasibility study and the failure to meet the requirements to fulfil the Tesla contract. I think that this slow progress has led to disillusionment both from shareholders and lenders. However with an asset base of $1.25 billion plus European interests against a market cap of �122m , this low SP makes the company vulnerable to a cash rich predator .In addition, there must be a lot of companies in the generating and electric car manufacturing industry who are reluctant to commit themselves to BCN until they see some genuine progress. Let us hope that the BoD get their fingers out and provide us with the long awaited rewards which us long term holders deserve.

This news and the SP makes Cadence's decision to offload look even more stupid. 75p they obtained. I am big in BCN and KDNC and while I am enjoying this boost recognising that this company will be a world player, I am very disappointed with KDNC board decisions.

Highlights: Lidsey-X2 production well has reached its planned TD of 1,700m Measured Depth. 443m of �net oil pay� to be produced from the Greater Oolite limestone reservoir. The 5� slotted production liner has been successfully installed. Following de-mobilisation of the BDF-28 drilling rig, the Lidsey-X2 well will be placed into production. Planning permission in place for a third well at the site. Drilling also intersected 66m in the Kimmeridge and 105m in the Oxford, which are now being evaluated. Upgrade of surface facilities at Lidsey to efficiently and safely managage all future production.
