Hi Nick
I agree in part.
IMHO, TheoremRx has been the catalyst of the heady days demise of a double digit share price to where we are today and l for one am very angry at the way THX have acted, wasting (stripping out 12 months for Covid 19 lockdown) the good part of 2 years of time, albeit VAL have continued to focus on rebuilding and rebranding the ship despite this. Glad to see the back of them TBH (but disappointed) and right for ME to finally pull the plug BUT there was nothing else on the table so nothing to lose by extending 3 months, but happy to see he had some contingency plan in place….. Also, l guess by cancelling the 201 LOI really messes up THX’s plans now - Karma!
I understand that 201 is still a valuable asset and ME is right to reform and extend the life as despite the debacle of THX, they saw commercial value in the IP and did indeed still want 201 which has been through clinical trials….so if of value to THX, it must be of value to others so let’s see how the new interest goes with the consortium whether in Taiwan or not, or indeed anyone else and interesting to see the new SPV will be a concentrated prostate cancer vehicle for encompassing not only 201 but CLX et al.
Similarly, Ambrose extension ends May l believe and they are serious (unlike THX ) commercial partners last completing on their cystic fibrosis IP at the end of 2024 so they are serious unlike THX:

Then we get to CLX and what a great IP it is and my main reason to buy a 5.8% stake as this IMHO, NAI, DYOR will be a behemoth - ME has been out on the road recently in the UK and abroad promoting at a multitude of bio events as witnessed on Linkedln for an early deal l guess, so very much look forward to seeing development in lab and further news and updates.
Costs have been significantly cut and l know you have your gripe with MT, lol. £200k pa saving on redundancies, plus at board level bringing in products in-house in to the lab saves a fortune and even back to SD days what a shred move to close the £14k pm London office to the midlands at £4k pm head office including a working lab and two staff!
£1.2mn is a crazy valuation IMHO and with the assets and potential in the IP l really think at least £10mn would be fair so VAL at present is valued to fail as you say and hopefully a double and much more to come with BoD with skin in the game so not just taking a salary for a feee ride but hurt when we hurt!
