Morning Nick and I hope you had a lovely Easter break.
For the lab deals you forget the recent ยฃ100k commercial 'starter' contract and sale of Assay ready reagents, plus the new evaluation and option transfer agreement with Altus which should be lucrative and monetise the ยฃ4mn worth of vials VAL already has in stock.
You also forgot the VERY recent RNS SPV for all the prostate focussed assets - which is bigger, more robust and higher value offering than just the standalone 201 IP, so now combined with the superb CLX IP membrane perforation technology which combined with 201 treat the later stage disease areas which have a higher priority and value, so in theory should be worth a multiple of the old THX deal IMHO.
As for people commanding a large salary, I am sure thatโll be cleared up in the full year report for all to see and yes, there will be a loss before you mention it as they are a bio company and not a manufacturer.
VAL are currently in the midst of monetising their IP (both new and legacy) that are closest to commercialisation and sensibly placing everything else on ice until complete to optimise the current cashflow.
We have potential deals I am sure lined up upon the key inflection point reached entering IND, 401 may provide a nice cash uplift albeit not transformational , warrants to be exercised +1.3p SP = ยฃ3.25mn and don't forget the last fund raise was only completed at the start of 2025 plus hoping on a few other surprises and RNS updates during 2025 and (pardon the pun), ME's uncanny ability to provide much needed funding from government et al grants... so much to look forward to and I am sure we won't have long to wait .
I dis say I was going to break from LSE! LOL - I will now though.
