Nigel.the eternal problem with our management is their refusal to keep us fully informed on all fronts. SW once referred to Parta as being as big as WN & the jv's inability to find a farmee is concerning to me. Perhaps a question at the AGM will shed some livht on the situation. Time to pin them down on matters rather than let them pick & choose what they answer from online questions.

We were all hoping for the 2 superstars to deliver for us. Unfortunately they have proved to be not up to the task.
I still believe the sale of C will go ahead but I will be interested to see how they explain away the disparity between the sale price & their much vaunted npv10 figures

Agreed Cane RM knew the ga.e eas up & Bo is thenext target on the list to get shot of. Furthermore the CFO needs to go for screwing up the botched BFS.

I am unable to attend the AGM although I agree questions over their remuneration need to be raised. As for options I'm damned sure they'll award themselves more alas, perhaps they should spend some of their totally unjustifiable salaries by buying shares ?
In any case I hope they are given a rough ride over their (non)performance.
As I've said before CB they are largely responsible for the lack of credibility in the company. AIM is a difficult enough market but poor management will always be punished. Unfortunately as we see here it's the shareholders that suffer & not the cause of the problem.

CB I completely agree with your comments.
It's not so much the asset's we have but the BoD who are responsible for the dire sp. They seem to be completely out of their depth & for the remuneration they command thats not good enough.
When it comes to Parta we have to trawl through ADX reports to glean what is happenning there. Some might think thats good enough but I sure as hell don't. They have a habit of "forgetting" about certain prospects (grizzly) which I think is treating shareholders with contempt. There is nothing in their conduct to date that commends them.
When it comes to manipulation I don't think so, if the demand/appetite is there for a stock nothing would be able to hold the sp.
Perhaps the main question that should be asked at the AGM is how confidence in this company can be restored ? I agree with CB here, management changes should be considered.

In addition I clearly recall a presentation where Oza mentioned only raising funds at higher highs, a typical example of their hubris. No decent CEO would come out with that.

I disagreed with raising additional funds to put into WN exposing shareholders to increased risk to one project, buying Humbers share was just more of the same.
The Deltic fiasco just made us look like rank a.ateurs

Well I hope they get a proper grilling at the AGM their stewardship to date has been disastrous.
