Some interesting posts today which is quite refreshing for a change.
I'm of the opinion that the "Dynamic duos" golden boy status has been tarnished a great deal. I agree that the Victory project is not great despite any attempts to make us believe otherwise.
Moving on to WN, SW said at last years AGM (I think, it may have been an Investors meeting) that it was RBD'S intention to sell after the current drilling programme & testing. It was a remark made in a conversation which I overheard. Let's assume everything goes well. We now hear about possibly further drills at C & D to further prove up the feld. We now have a larger interest in the license which will come with increased costs if we go ahead with this. We have, after today's announcement circa £4.5 mill in the bank plus the further £5 mill facility. That won't be enough for WN & Victory so they'll have to raise unless there is a sale at WN.
Re Corallian, Manwell highlights the problem of getting into bed with dubious partners. Wick , ok it was a pure out & out wildcat. Colter ? well they made a mess of that. An IPO on it ? laughable really & nothing more said by Batman & Robin.
Cali ? shouted from the rafters by our CEO's back in the day. Progress reports minimal & Grizzly Island seems to have been airbrushed out. Their PR is a disgrace & it has become apparent to me that they really don't give a fling F about PI's. Their willingness to issue shares like confetti on the (fortunately) e Deltic fiasco speaks volumes.
We now find ourselves reliant on WN after having thrown everything including the kitchen sink at it.
And these guys wanted to set up an Investment Trust ???????????

GP, a RNS isn't about optimism it's about facts. 2 out of 3 of the partners don't mention it ! Are they or aren't they. To be honest I agree completely with Manwell about the different wordings in what was a poor RNS purely as a result of a lack of more detailed info. Ok maybe they haven't crunched the data from the cores & logs yet.........so why issue it now ? Drilling is still ongoing.

Question, I think it has been spoken about already. Did they deviate the well to look at the slope targets ?

Yes Manwell, I saw your post. I just wanted to highlight the Cadeby issue as it makes no sense for the other partners not to mention it. It smacks of RBD over egging things really.

I would like to know why RBD are the only one of the JV partners to mention Cadeby being further penetrated in the sidetrack ?

When a viable vaccine is developed (not sure Pfizer@s is tbh) how compatible is it likely to be with the flu jab ? Seems to me that there will be a need for a test that can differentiate between the 2 (& the Mink strain of Covid) Cue Winterplex which will be able to differentiate between them in 1 test ?

Manwell, I tend to agree with you about Humber selling, I'm not sure what an orderly exit means & nor do they .after their previous games over at UJO. We just have to grind thru' the current situation & hope for blue sky's ahead.

GP, as far as Im aware the B1 well has always been about hitting Cadeby in its optimal place, the fact that this well can now be i see to further prove up the extent of KA is, in effect, killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

Can't say I've seen that GP but if true I'm happy, higher pressue within reason would certainly help the recovery facyof. Both RBD & UJO have mentioned no water, once again all to the good.

I think Rathlin originaly went for, and found, the gas. They've always known about Cadeby & it's potential which is why t they got permits in place for B1 at the same time as A2 (B2 was an add on I beleive) Basically they were always planning on drilling Cadeby in an optimal location for the potential reservoir even if the A2 well had only come up with gas.

DB knew when looking for extra funding & using the exact same route as the last one the result would be the same. For him it's about raising funds for the company (fair enough) However he doesn't give a flying f**k about pi's. Can't see any reason why he would do an interview, he's mugged us off twice now & has at the very least been frugal with the truth.
Investors here have been rinsed & repeated, the man has no shame.
