Some BS reason ? I invested in an admittedly AIM company & now find myself in an entity that is unable to tell the truth, refuses to give us meaningful updates on various projects, dilutes us to **** & regards themselves as unaccountable. We´re all able to make our own decisions but, for me, their behaviour has been a disgrace. Up to us all to make our decisions I suppose but I think they´re becoming smug barstewards who have no interest in pi´s who invested their hard earned, if they ever did.

I also recall they promised regular updates on progress on the project, true to form nothing received as yet.

Are you an O&G expert ?
Are you a reservoir engineer ?
Do you have information on the properties of the WN prospect that we do not know ?

I could go on but perhaps you can answer the above questions. I already know the answer to all of them is No but It would be nice if you had the cajones to answer on this BB.

Reading through the posts I see their are fans & detractors which I get.
To the fans I ask 1 question, explain the deeply discounted Corallian deal ? I get the diversifying into another project (notwithstanding Corallian have pretty much fooked up everything they have been involved with to date). RBD sp was circa .7 at the time the deal was done & we have gifted their shareholders at a deeply discounted rate of .46. An offer that was scaled back due to high demand, hardly a surprise. Someone needs to point out to me the economic sense of that deal under any circumstances as I regard it as being a disgrace.
I also note that the CPR on Victory was due in April, true to form nothing heard of since.
Now for the carp I will get from the rampers, I hold, have done for a number of years, & am becoming more $ more disgusted by the wonder boys attitude. Shocking.

Difficult to retain confidence when you consider all the false dawns we¨ve been fed over the years. I remember when RM said production was imminent in 2019 0r so. Yes the project will come good at some stage but that guy dumped a substantial amount of shares circa 14p so it´s difficult to believes anything he says. As for B

Well for me as a longstanding shareholder I feel I can question management decisions on a BB. As it stands right now we have no direct access to them. I have sent several mails questioning why the Corallian deal took place, no replies. It is not untoward to question our CEO´s strategy, it would be nice to receive a reply. One can only surmise that they regard themselves to be unaccountable which is my major concern. The strike price on the C deal makes no economic sense to my mind & to receive no reply to my questions is, imo outrageous.

Ok Selfish, everyone is entitled to their own opinions & I get that...........But
Fact the Corallian offer had to be scaled back, a clear indication that the offer was of great benefit to them to the detriment of existing shareholders.
Now the next point. I cannot find any info of any holdings our 2 freaks had in C, if anyone can steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it. If our ceo´s had exposure to them & were party to "liquidating" some of their holdings as a result of the deal would that need to be reported ?
This is notwithstanding Romania where we as shareholders are reduced to trawling through ADX news to try to ascertain what´s going on their.
California ? well I think RBD Cali are required, by law to the state government on production on a 3 monthly basis (ok I´m not sure on that one) We are not kept up to date, it doesn´t warrant an RNS but should be posted on the company website surely.

In addition I might add that the initial aim of RBD was to invest in post discovery pre appraisal projects. With Corallian we were immediately exposed t o Wick & Colter, 2 wildcats.
S yes I am mightily peed off with the chuckle brothers efforts to date & I am quite happy to stand by my comments that their behaviour verges on criminal.
As Barking stated earlier the media interviews are funded by RBD & the questions are vetted. Covid lockdown has suited the 2 toads in this respect.

Clare whilst I hope you are correct I think we need B2 done before any attempt to realise the asset.
