Why do people come on here and shoot down companies/shares? If they were invested then they would have to be some sort of tw*t to do it. If they aren't invested then they should feck off and boil their heads because we do not want to listen to the load of carp they spew out.

MrDribbles, what a load of rubbish you spread. Do you think that everybodies immune system just sits back and lets covid run wild throughout your body without attacking it? If you are correct with your statement then a high proportion of the world's population would have died by now.

Do you honestly believe that this company is only involved in Covid testing, there are hundreds of different diseases to test for using blood or saliva. I am sure this company will be looking ahead to be the first in new types of testing, cancer being one of the most prolific.

Blood test could identify odds of survival for critically ill Covid patients

Doctors caring for patients suffering with Covid will soon be able to predict who is most likely to die, thanks to a new blood test which has been developed.

The test, taken from a critically ill patient, is analysed by AI which identifies 14 proteins in the blood associated with survival.

Professor John Oxford, from Queen Mary University of London, said the new blood test could help doctors decide the next course of treatment, such as whether to give antiviral drugs.

He added: “It would be excellent if there were any testing system that could harden up prognosis and give real data on how serious this could be for that particular individual.”
