He has $200k of the loan from 2015 remaining and $300k that he issued in june which is due end of nov 2018. The june one is secured against the arcm shares, but fair to assume cross default provision, which means if he decides he can’t milk investors for more equity then he will used the EOD to push it into bankruptcy and as the only debt holder take control of all the equity.

Why do any of you think you have a chance of ousting him? He will put this thing into bankruptcy take control of all of the decent assets and start again. You are equity holders, he has debt, you are at the back of the queue. It’s fairly simple...

No debt and chucking off cash. EBITDA is monster. They can raise debt financing pretty cheaply if they needed to now. No need for further placings. But tbh they don’t need to raise any cash, they are already FCF +ve. This could go ballistic.

The key is in the “average punter” bit. The average punter doesn’t look at his council tax bill and go “wow, the landfill portion of my council tax bill has increased substanitally”. They only notice it if it explicitly and visibly hurts them, such as a specific environmental tax on fossil fuels would.

Unfortunately he’s right though, the average punter couldn’t give a toss until it hits them in the wallet.

The loan has a negative pledge on certain assets, it is fair to assume that means all of the good ones...

Or he is the only debt holder, the debt is defaulted on and he takes all the equity in 60 days...

What on earth are you talking about - derisked? From some poor to average grades at small intersects?? It’s a long way from being derisked...
