It is a shallow open pit resource, totally different kettle of fish. 1+g/tonne is high grade. 6+ is bonanza. Some of this is literally at the surface. The full results make better reading than just the highlights.

Look in the annual reports - not very much. Then look at a company like PREM and see how george roach cleans out about $1m a year in various ways. These guys are clean.

And look at the management and see how much and how they pay themselves!
