ZNWD - They issued 25% equivalent (50m shares) to double their ownership of the asset. They are also subject to lock up agreements. They didn’t “drop” anything on the market. It was a masterpiece of a deal.

Yup when raises are done to expand high quality assets rather than to keep the lights on, they tend to boost the SP. Look at SOLG after every significant raise in the early days. I really like the prospect of an equity injection tied to off-take with an OEM. They are all desperate for lithium supply. Share price would absolute rocket on that news, start thinking 5-10x here. It’s also really not improbable. Companies like VW can borrow almost for free and desperately need the commodity. Finance buyout/cash injection for 30 years locked in a ridiculously low rate. Secure lithium supply for 30 years. It’s a complete no brainer…

Fortunately we have a CEO, CFO and chairman whose expertise lies squarely in this department. They are deal makers rather than geologists. Precisely the hands we need at the tiller right now.

Don’t disagree lazygun. Don’t think they’d have to do it that that much of a discount though. Any decent cash raise here would be very acretive; a real statement of intent.
Ideally a strategic partner would be good. Like a solgold with BHP/Newcrest type deal in the early days there. A great tie up would be a cash injection for equity and off-take agreement sweetner with an OEM, most likely VW. Management are no doubt already working on it. With assets like this the impact on the share price will be positive, esp if locked up for 12 months say.

Totally disingenuous header too. The mkt cap has gone from £40m to £62m, not increased by £40m. Anyway £62m is still less than half of what it’s worth at this stage. The mine build funds will come fairly shortly. This is advanced stage. They’re not out there doing geophys and sifting soil samples. The resource is also likely to grow substantially and of course Li prices are much higher than the feasibility study and they’re going one way.

We are sitting on a strategically very important european asset. One that will be chucking off more than £60 EBITDA a year at some point. Never mind worrying about it being valued at £60m. Smart guys are waking up to the potential here. Re-rate has a long way to go.

Can genuinely see this getting to 50p over next couple of weeks. The pull back yesterday has given the charg room to go exponential.

Since 0915, there have been 700k buys vs 65k sells. Expect this to continue, there is very little stock. Feel dealers must be getting short.

Agreed, we are still very much at pioneer/frontier stage. It takes a while for institutions to move. When deeper pockets/a wider audience become aware it will be a frenzy. When that happens the MMs will get taken short and it will squeeze. There isn’t enough stock.
