Hello from the other side. I’ve sadly come to the same conclusion. They have too many outs to blame other people. Gov., explosion, contractor. I don’t believe them & think they’ve shafted us (especially seeing Betts payout). I’ve moved on also and made some gains elsewhere. I really hope others can do the same. Mentally it’s also been good to part ways & focus on the future. GLA

Bestinvest are doing the same. I’ve said screw it. This Milne is taking your shares for 2.6p and GGP is at a bargain so I’ve now sold out.

Also Copper is up roughly 5% since we took over. Every little helps!

I’ve still not received the offer with my broker. Has anyone else yet?

My broker has still not offered me the deal. Have others received it? It might be fate if the company is turning things around.

No wonder he is recommending the deal. Can anyone explain how he could have possibly hit a “bonus” over the last year? A lying bonus?

Right at the bottom of the big sale document. He gets 2 years of wages plus bonuses. Head to the bottom and read up. I think it’s titled ‘Rewards for incompetency’.

The interim chair was on a nice whack also. Nice to know they didn’t ruin everyone’s Xmas.

Nice to see Betts gets a nice £407,400 a year and will get 2 years of wages when he’s sacked plus bonuses!

Thanks RB. They’ve bought telfer so are a producer now (as of 3rd Dec). Revisit them when you get the chance as it’s a rare story of a minnow buying out a major.

I’m also expecting it to arrive today. I think they said payment will be sent within 2 weeks so should be with us at the end of the month.

I’ll have a look at them shared also. I’m assuming you guys have also had a good look at GGP. A bit more of a safer jurisdiction than what we’ve just been through.

Agree Dillon. We know what's coming. Concentrate on getting as many shares as you can.

Looking at the AGM results it would be unlikely they do not reach 90% . I guess the only incentive is to take the money early.

Smart work that. I’m massively down but still have a massive amount of shares. Atleast I won’t be paying much CGT going forward!

Argh ok, so that’s why you’re saying that if your buying in at a price below Coris average then if they were to dilute it would be the same dilution as Coris.

I’m really thick so could you explain the 90% vote again. So they need 90% to force everyone to sell at the price & delist? Below that would mean they own the company but can’t delist?

But the real number they need is 90% to go private?
