Try to analyse what's going on. Why have we still not exited the UK? We stated we would be and yet you have no answer or even an attempt to explain the underlying logic. My rationale is we are in negs with illumina or we would be out of UK by now or have heard further on this path rather than radio silence. Seems much more likely that illumina are open to some sort of settlement that suits them. Aimho

Though I can't remember the bet other than I say settlement and you say no way and the loser admits their error. In my case a rare event and in yours another dumb call in a long run series. Haha That about it ;-)

Bet still ON! No other reason not to have already withdrawn from UK unless you can come up with one, or unless it's all a smoke screen to go the distance to appeal - and lose again IMHO. What's another rationale for stating in trading update that we'd be exiting UK but clearly not having followed through. Fwiw I doubt anything more than a broad indication would be forthcoming and we can safely assume it will be in September. It's always towards or at the end of permitted period and easy to call. No guidence and September finals is my working assumption.
