Having thought about this evening rns, I feel the BOD have played a blinder, they are happy to pursue a significant offer that has been put on the table but have left a little time for any counter offers.
I don't think there will be any more RNS's in the morning or suspension as the offer they have on the table at the moment is way way way north of the current Sp.

With the SP being in the doldrums for all year pretty much, I feel it will shoot up leading up to the egm and then the mother of all deals soon after.
