I read about the dam as the war was starting on twitter, but never heard anything after. I believe it was a major factor as Crimea water supply was running out, their economy was struggling with farming etc.

They are doing what they can, we can only take their word for it at this stage. I imagine they understand the frustration of SH. If this does rerate in the near future im sure hindsight will be looked at in a different few as be are battered around 5-6p.
