RE: Today23 Sep 2021 10:31
big handclap to whoever it was that got the multipage thread about the news yesterday ("7%") removed. Must be proud of yourself to take down one of the few threads of substantive company interest and discussion in months. I'm guessing it was some poor sole that either didn't like the news, or felt peeved that he/she misunderstood it. No doubt someone that has everyone filtered (!)
It's unlikely ODX is processing every test that surescreen makes, clearly surescreen with 7M capacity, has the ability to entirely produce millions of tests a week completely on their own. And then ODX's capacity is 2M a week, so it is equally unlikely that part of their production process has the equipment to do x3 that weekly capacity.
However whereas it was widely thought on here that ODX was re-packaging for innova, which are being slowly withdrawn in favour of other chinese tests, the fact that it has been revealed to be Surescreen, gives the potential for some more longevity to the arrangement.
With it being cited that Surescreen are aiming for 14M a week by end of 2021 (only 3 months from now), the arrangement probably doesn't have much more legs in it, so ODX does need that deal of their own quickly.
As I said on the deleted thread, we need meat on this deal, it has potential to have generated some interesting revenue, to keeping things ticking over, or indeed some useful profit. And NDA or not, ODX have a market requirement to advise on substantive orders
