Too much coffee.20 Oct 2015 17:43
I've drank too much coffee and seeing as I don't post here that often, I'm going to share my thoughts:-
Firstly I'm more than happy that the sp seems to have settled at .85 - .95 without any news. At least it hasn't dropped back to .6 levels. If it remains at this level (without news) until Christmas then I'd be satisfied with its recent progress.
If I had more spare cash, I'd be topping up with a view for holding for 3 years. But I haven't, so I won't be.
It's going to be a long ride as they won't be releasing news anywhere near as often as DB was. They informed me at the AGM that they would only release RNS's with major news. I got the impression that the share price wasn't really on their minds, and I quite liked that. It means that their focus is on the business and not satisfying certain bodies. They know it belongs to us and we need to be kept informed, but they don't want it running away with hype like last time.
Once FB is in place and with news of contract wins (if any), then we should be sitting nicely at 2p by summer 2016. I don't think it will be any sooner tbh, but I am a pessimist!
I did expect, and was hoping, that an RNS would be released announcing Frank buying millions of shares. That would explain the secret buyer and give us all a bit of confidence. A bit disappointed on that one but there's still time.
Can't wait for the half year results, which we know will be ****e but I'm craving for news and figures. Not sure how the market will react but it'll be a short term reaction either way.
The future looks good, the worst is well behind us and we were lucky to survive. But we did.
The worry I had was this company going bust. That's why I attended the AGM. Oxford is a long way from where I live and I couldn't really afford the time off work due to workload, but I needed assurances. I needed to know wether to bail out with major losses, hold or average down. They admitted that the decision to end it all came close in May, but they unanimously decided to plough on. Since then I've averaged down nicely based on what I saw and heard. It won't be an overnight success but as long as it's a viable company, which it is then I'm in no rush.
My only worry now is that it becomes a takeover target for CTP. We won't get anywhere near my target point (5p) and that would be a catastrophe for my pension plans. And for my new name on here; AstonBenjy..........
Do your own research and take my opinions as just that......opinions. My facts are facts, based on truths.
