Welcome back Ella. I have to admit I was slightly worried about you, but good too see normal service has resumed.
I am sure you are waiting as eagerly as the rest of us for any news. Although you have your issues with the board, I don’t think you like to see genuine LTH’s losing money.
I believe the raise last March was supposed to be for deeper drilling, that’s what the RNS at the time said.

You never know OutofLuck, as Nick said on the AGM call on 16th Dec, if the company complete a transaction the surrender of the options may look like a bad decision.
Here’s hoping that will be the case!

OutofLuck, when Nick was asked about Casa in the IC, he said: “Casa is not easy to sell. The DRC has its issues. We have a keen and committed buyer in Rackla. The funding is principally done, just waiting on a box ticking exercise by the Canadian exchange. These things take longer than you usually think, but Rackla are confident”.

That answers your last question. By the sound of that, we won’t be seeking another buyer. If there is another delay, I am sure it won’t be too long.

My interpretation of that comment, was that the cash payment from any commercial transaction with a major would be used to help fund drilling/any other expenses. I don’t think it’s implying there would be any special dividend.

Seriously, I had hoped we were moving away from this!

Positivity guys

Over the last few weeks the Company has seen sentiment change and positivity return.
This started with the excellent news about the settlement agreement for the legal cases.
On Friday we had the exciting investor call, where numerous points were discussed and explained. For me, the most exciting thing to come from the call was Nick’s positivity on how close we are to a commercial transaction with a major!
It looks like the good news flow will continue over the next few months with news on Rackla’s acquisition of Casa, the signing of the Consent Orders by the Zambia judge, details of the results of the geophysical study; and capped off, hopefully, by the signing of a commercial transaction with a major.
Following that, we have a proper drilling campaign to look forward to!

It’s difficult not to be positive about Arcm at the moment. I think this positivity has already started to be reflected on this board. I also think we could do more to improve the content on this board and make it better.
The best way to do that? Let’s move away from the bitter squabbles we have had with certain posters. Move away from the negativity that has infested the board. I know it’s been a long and painful period for many holders, but why continue down that path now the future looks brighter for the company?
The outlook for the Company is looking more positive, let’s reflect that positivity on this board.

I am really excited for what the future holds for Arcm and extremely pleased with my investment here.

CRK22, the question was in relation to the drilling plan for the forthcoming season.

NVS states that before VC answers he wants to couch it within the framework of discussions the company are having with interested parties. NVS goes on to state that when a transaction is finalised, drilling location will be taken out of the company’s hands.
However, if there was no transaction, a prudent company has to make plans for drilling itself.

In a later question on drilling NVS states the priority is to get the transaction done. Essentially this would take any future drilling out of our hands, as well as cash commitments. He goes on to state that in the case of Plan B (if no transaction) the company will be drilling. Have sufficient funds for this and it will be informed by the geophysics. Nick finished answering the question by saying ‘but events may overtake us’.

I would be more worried if the company were not making these plans to be honest. And of course, nothing is guaranteed until the signatures are on the paper.

Genius, as part of the RNS the company provided a neat little table showing no warrants were exercised. Presumably just for you so you wouldn’t have to work out the difference in TVRs.

I have given you the date Ella’s account was set up, now look at some other accounts. Maybe ones that posted yesterday evening. Massive coincidence I am sure. Not when I have a list of 10 of them it’s not.
