Nordic, I didn’t think Nick would give away the plant and disagreed with you here when you suggested it. However, after the event someone I respect reminded me of Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. In the case of Arc Minerals, Nick evolved with the circumstances and did what was best for the company in the long run to get stronger. In retrospect, I now agree with the actions taken by Nick and salute your foresight and knowledge!!

Hi Jayber, no need to be worried about posting, you have genuine concerns after seeing the price action. I don’t think you will be accused of de-ramping, you are genuinely anxious.
I think there are a few factors pointing to the sp action. The first being the rubbish sentiment generally in the markets at the moment, I am sure Nick wouldn’t have picked this time to release news if he could have helped it.
Secondly, as some have said, warrants are having a drag on the sp, but add cash to the accounts.
Thirdly, Nick was very bullish in the Feb IC, doesn’t take much to pick up on that. Traders have been all over the share since, especially in the lead up to the Indaba and the expectation of a deal.
If I can offer any comfort, it is that AA wouldn’t have agreed on such a good deal for Arcm unless they were confident they would have a potential world class discovery on our licences (potentially more than 1!).
As such we will probably have to wait for drilling before the value is shown in the sp.
As others have said, look at the ggp and Solg charts for the months after the JV announcements and when they started drilling and getting assays back. Hopefully we should have something similar!

Being that SP Angel are helping/helped Zamare raise funding for their IPO and then John Meyer is a shareholder in Moxico Resources. 20th Sept 2021 Confirmation Statement for Moxico Resources has a John Meyer as a shareholder.
