Thanks. I've asked this question several times but I've never had an answer on this board. What is "manipulation" or "corrupt MMs"? I've no Doune they exist....because the SP usually goes down on good news 🤣 but who are they and how do they do it?

Hi all,

I've been enjoying reading lots of (to me) educational posts recently rather than the crap people often spout on here.

The ones that stood out mostly are those of people stating that GGP must now be considered a "new company" which I understand and agree with compared to the GGP I invested in a few years back.

My question is, there are lots of posters saying that the previous 37p ATH is long gone, but those with a higher average should stoll hope to make the losses back at some point.

I've been comparing GGP crudely with Northern star, as have some of you. And my naieve rookie self us having trouble seeing why we shouldn't expect to see £1 in a few years to come. Anybody else? Or is this a totally wild and naieve outlook?

I need 78p to box off the mortgage. Meaning I've got 26 years for GGP to outperform natwest and this blo**y base rate and still win! I fancy my chances! 😄

Spades - I tried asking this question a few days ago but it was lost in the traffic.

Genuine question- how do MMs play us? How does it all work? I've googled the answer a couple of times but I can't find anything that really explains it. I'm also tired of watching the SP drop on good news and am able to see that something g doesn't fit. But how does a MM supress the SP?

I think at some point this coming working week. Early December was the target but SD said they were running ahead of schedule so potentially earlier 😁 I added another 20k shares Friday just incase.

When I see posts on this board and others with specific reference to AIM share prices being manipulated by dodgy market makers (I have tried researching a bit before posting but Google doesn't really like the question) what exactly does that mean, and how is it done?

I'm well aware something dodgy goes on by way of the SP for GGP usually dropping on hood news. Bit who is "they"? And how is it done? And what do people mean when they talk about the SP being manipulated?

A steady drop now back to the 1.5 / 1.6p as all the sell- offs happen. Then, hopefully a steady rise on more news to follow up until commencement of the trial.

Nintopz, I can wait and wait and wait. I. 32, with 2 kids and what doesn't go to me I can give to them. This was always "early-ish retirement plants. Be that 40 or 55. Either way......I think personally the future looks better than 30p.

Evening all,

I've been here since 2020, bought high and managed to average down over the years.

I love GGP and what they have / hold / are. But I'm scratching my head a Little over some of the posts.

Hands up - I'm no investment guru and don't exactly have the best track record......but km learning from my mistakes.

I read an article on the Fool the other day where the author stated he had an average of something like 24p, and that he doubted he'd ever get his money back. And I've also seen on here many hoping to see 30p one day.

My question......am I being naieve? I've been sitting waiting for the news, patiently that we've just received. And I was / am now shooting for the moon. Am I alone in my expectation of GGP achieving a fat far higher SP sf 30 p in the coming years? Or am I missing something?
