Hi all,

Ive been invested in GGP for several years and have done well, relative to the small amount i started with.

Ive come across Keffi on a few boards recently and have / am spending most of this weekend researching them. I like it....so far.

Im considering selling some GGP proffits to reinvest here. I still love GGP long term, but I feel Keffi offers a bit more bang for the buck in the short term.

Im interested in those that have been here a good while, what are your expectations 2028 or beyond, and general sentiment about the company / BoD seems a little ambiguous from research and there appears to be some trust issues. Whats the general feeling now you have reached financial close for the Tulu Kapi project and gold prices going forward?

Thanks. Thats ok....im 34. I can wait until 2030 for now and aim for the middle in the meantime. Maybe part time and a half until 2030 😁I should say thats my personal funds. Then, I have my SIPP with nearly double the holding. But cant get to that for another 24 years! So i can forget about that aide of it now!

Is £30 too optimistic? 👀 this would sort the mortgage, let me go part time and spend more time with the kids, and only be drawing down 5% anualy from the lump to supplement the loss of income from part time. And leave plenty for holidays, fun, and topping up the kids ISAs every month.

A year ago......id likely have panicked and sold. Today! I did this seveeral times before with GGP and other shares. I lost almost every time. Rather than yesterday or the day before. Perhaps if id have sold a couple of days ago that would have been a good thing, only to buy back tomorrow! But then id be a trader- which im not sharp enough yet to have a go at! Im aware of my limitations for now!

Whilst this feels sh*te.....it feels a little as if our (mine) hopes and dreams are disappearing point by point, taking a grounded approach....nothing has actually changed. Everything that has kept us invested until now remains the same. Perhaps even more so!

We have been here before....and we will be here again. Not to mettion to ground ourselves - If we look at the SP 12 months back we are still beating the sh*t out of just about everyone else. I had to pay for a small bathroom refurb today. This cost me a Huge 4k in labor. Sadly last week this would have cost me 3.2k! But then I also quickly reminded myself that actually, this probably only cost me about £1500 given that we are nearly 300% up! Perspective.

Speedymeady always posts about the price of gold. I take a good bit of time trying to research who to listen to, who has been right over the years for predictions and all of that good stuff. There's a very small few, most of which you dont find easily and make little noise. The rest is ALL noise, click bait. Speedy posts decent stuff, researched and factual.

Bamps - clearly a hugely experienced individual in the mining sector and talks facts, rather than speculation. Again I assume heavily into GGP financial and comfortably so knowing what hes invested in.

E1 - im not sure what you do or did for a living but you seem pretty bloody clued up on it all. The macro stuff in particular- which also hasn't changed. I assume again heavily into GGP.

Apart from all the noise- the above 3 stand out as factual, information sharing professionals that I crudely like to assume are high wealth individuals.......from investing in the right places over the years and trusting they're education and judgment.

Lastly....theres Victoria who brings entertainment to all. And that is not to be taken for granted.

As E1 says.....stay with the signal. (It's still.bloody hard work not panicking and selling- but my instinct tells me all will be OK 😬)

Im fairly heavy on Silver miners aswell as GGP. It is what I suspected and draw the same conclusions. However when you said setup I thought perhaps you meant a chart - soemthing im spending a little time at the moment trying to get my head around and would have been interested to take a look but thank you anyway for taking the time to reply.

E1, and Takingmytime - thank you very much for taking the time to respond, this makes a lot of sense. And presumably the upcoming telfer MRE update should help push the PE higher then aswell? Assuming all is as hoped for?

Well done on the spelling again Victoria. Another well earned pat on the back.

I spent a couple hours this morning learning about PE ratios (didn't really understand this stuff before so took a dive into it)

So our PE is significantly lower than the industry average for gold miners. 3 different ratios - im still deciphering the meaning behind each ratio but on all three, we are significantly lower than the sector average.

From reading up....this means either we are " cheap" or " undervalued" or it can also mean lack of trust and poor market sentiment / recognition in our ability to deliver shareholders returns. So future value is not being priced in.

I beleive that its the first point and that we are just under the radar and still undervalued. And that we are maybe half, to one third of the price that we perhaps should be compared to sector averages on cash / resources / assets etc.

Can anybody expand on that please and give me some more pointers or other ways to actually value and understand the value thats here for us and how the PE ratio measures us currently?
