Rhea will be drilled, have no doubt, the issue over Erik Raude is concerning RKH and Isobel, not Noble. Although Noble will have to be satisfied that all the equipment , BOP and such like will function properly. That is why these companies have insurance policies, they use them if they are not happy with certain factors of the drill programme.

This share is now going to tick up, as we near spudding Rhea, PMO still at Isobel before going off to Chatham, no RNS required as they are already at a certain depth from an earlier drill. Noble shares have also recovered quite nicely in the current market. This the time to pick up some cheap shares even with the large spread.

POO at 32 is going to make a difference come Monday,morning, and I agree the shorters are not having a field day as there are so few shares in the system , the IIs are not selling nor large shareholders like myself , hence the ridiculous spread in the bid and offer price , and huge movements on tiny volumes. This share will fly Pre spud and to end drill of Rhea especially if there is a sustained recovery in the POO.

Up over night in New York , if it can steady the whole market might turn , with it this share . Keep the faith this will be a winner

Chatham spudding shortly, Rhea next up only a short distance away, meanwhile shorters are hang a field day a spred of 33 per cent is ridiculous, but until POO has some semblance of steading and stock markets calm down all oil shares are going to be hit. But the tide will turn when exploration and production around the world find the pendulum swings the other way.Luckily Falklands are not effected by the price of oil , just the confirmation of production is the key.

Some interesting figures on the other Bulletin board . If Rhea comes in these figures are easily achievable , 21 p dividend and a market cap of £150 m. Spudding Chatham shortly , remember RKH have acknowledged Argos s Tcyhe is attached from the North East of Chatham , but at the further South west of PL001.

He makes a good read on the other BB. I agree entirely and confirms the possible return being 40 m return yearly for 15 to 20 years. The whole Falklands story is starting to unfold, roll on Rhea and we will all as shareholders have an incredible income with no fear of dilution , the only fear if it is a fear is being bought out by Noble after the appraisal well , that figure will be very interesting !!!!!!

I have maintained a long time ago as to the strength of PMO balance sheet to proceed with any future development in the FI and now sadly it has come to pass , at 19 p and a decimated Market cap and huge debt in all probability their assets will be seized by cash rich oil companies. This will be good news for RKH and Noble and of course Argos. Falkland oil is still in the ground and not affected by the POO at present. Everyone will look to the future of POO in three to four years and weigh up whether they wish to invest in a now brand new frontier with potentially a billion barrels after the Isobel find yesterday. Argos can join the party once Rhea has been drilled , the success rate in the NFB to date is encouraging!!!!!

At last some brilliant news huge oil shows at Isobel 2 far better than first envisaged , makes NFB a stand alone oil find. Next up Chatham then Rhea. If we hit oil then Noble will be very encouraged that the other Companies have huge potential hence if Rhea is a success they can either go alone or share production costs, although once the price of oil starts to recover I think a major will snap up RKH and PMO and do a deal with Noble.. The news today was crucial to the future of the Falklands thankfully it was good news at last.

I think at present time with the POO at such a state , 50 p is optimistic but in the event of Rhea being a success 35p would be more realistic , but if the POO goes toward s the late forties NOble might take the long term view for 2019 to press the production button on the result of the appraisal well which would be carried out six months time. Ultimately Noble have taken a long term view. If they do proceed to production this share will be worth well over a pound , mainly due to the huge yearly pension the undiluted shareholders will receive for approximately 15 to 20 years. Maybe the MMs have suddenly cottoned on !!!!!!!

They have to spud and finish Chatham first which , incidentally an agreed attachment to Argos Tyche prospect, which was drilled to a certain depth when they had all the original problems before going down to do Humpback. Once the announcement of Isobel 2 is made , they market will suddenly even with POO at its lowest , this is an area for the future not present and will look to future three years down the road . If Noble find oil in Rhea they will have a further 51 prospects to drill and a promising 400 mb to kick off with at Rhea. The Yanks are very wise to not getting involved with the other companies exploring , just concentrating on the Argos acreage, where its shareholders will suffer nil dilution or costs. I know I have been accused of being the eternal optimist but I truly believe the next four months are going to be incredibly exciting and rewarding , here's to a great new year. Spud date will probably not until early March news mid April .

Totally agree Wordog, once the POO has settled down , although another problem with the BOP at Isobel is going to further delay Rhea, no bad thing in the present climate. Come spud this share is going to be north of 10 p .

I think the MMs are having a field day with FI companies at the moment , just have to be patient during this pretty miserable time

Luckily the delayed drill of Rhea has come to be our advantage , Feb being the earliest spud date and result in April by which time POO will hopefully recover . The second appraisal well will not start until the end of the year, that result will effectively decide production programmes. Of course Rhea must be a success , but I would happily be in this position as compared to Folg and RKh shareholders. The years ahead will define this moment in the Falkland story as probably the most important in its history , a lot resides on the next six months. I am as you all know a born optimist .

I only posted on this board as it is essential all the Falkland companies work to a common purpose that being getting everyone's oil out of the ground . I am a small shareholder in RHK and Folg but admit a larger shareholding in Argos, but my only comment is that we must embrace Noble and Edison as they are the route to producing the oil. I wish everyone well in the next very exciting few months and hope the OPEc meeting on the fourth of dec will hopefully stabilise the POO.

If that is your opinion of the Americans you might as well pack your bags now, thankfully Eegbvi has stopped commenting on the Argos board , maybe his day job only allows him to spout on a selected few. I have listened to his pearls of wisdom and been amazed at how he has some form of following from other posters, being a supposed expert. I do think he has worked in the oil industry and sometimes says interesting comments , but making scathing remarks to probably the only hope the Falklands have of producing oil namely Noble energy it is plain crazy. We should embrace their know how and stop bashing the yanks. Roll on Rhea in Feb.
