Now I think it would be a good idea to have a completed TEO all polished and new to promote in Russia. With all those interested parties about and maybe just maybe talk some figures!

Only question I will submit is just how many interested parties are they actually talking to!

Great work Amur, yes this has got Russia all over it and as I have said before why bother with BFS when it is not needed for Russian banks/companies to progress. Tom Bowen is the man IMO with the plan, with history in deals and no doubt some Russian companies are fully aware of what is there and I bet they already know the 2018 results and know what is in the data room for the TEO already. Only unknown is when, what % and how much. Hopefully Q1 should enlighten us all and also lift that undervalued MCAP, all IMO of course!

I really do hope after today’s timelines that various information is In RNS form for us to digest and generate questions from. If nothing then I will be a little disappointed

Wow Spartacus 8 years! I see you are also following Avacta, sorry off topic, I sold there in July to add further here but now after the drop I am tempted to go back due to the recent drop and the news soon to come there, I have other shares in DKE and QFI all waiting for that elusive contract to sign but at least here the money is in the ground and we will see good value here at some point! In profit here but just want to add more but can’t risk any more money due to the circumstances we are in! That’s why I am thinking about trying to trade here to increase holding without buying more for the long term! Ahh well anyway after yours and many other LTH’s holders patience I really do hope you will be rewarded very well! Sorry for off topic folks

Thanks tacet for the reply and the information, I have a little more time on my hands as aviation is suffering quite badly at the moment but reading yours and gengs posts generally makes me scratch my head but I can see the value in your theories. Also the likes of Zak Mir has interest in predictions. Here for me is a company very undervalued MCAP wise for its potential but obviously the market has questions that need answering and only info can do that but for me a break out will only come when £££ signs are brought into the equation. The NRR deal was IMO a huge future de risking play but again maybe due to the length of time it will take to realise the market has not seen the value yet. So what does the market want.
Anyway plenty of news to come and no doubt a great trading opportunity lies ahead for many, I will keep my eyes open a little more for a chance to increase my holding, and thanks for the tip on buying when the spread is very close. Have fun

Hey welcome back tacet :) , have you any trade targets set with your top up, news is obviously incoming but after the latest drop from 3p back to 2p I fancy trying to start and trade a third of my holding here to try and increase my holding going forward long term. I know the RNS could drop any day hopefully saying we are in talks with a Russian outfit for a sale or part sale of the asset which will explode the SP but I certainly would be interested in what ever tactics or plans you have with your pots!
Obviously I am not going to miss the game changing RNS but maybe the TEO news and build up could offer a chance of a trade up in shares maybe?
Just putting it out there I am guessing there maybe a few ups and downs coming over the next 4 months with this share!

No I agree with you Amur, IMO the TEO will not affect the Sp on that day or in the build up but for me yes it will open up the Russia angle which has yet to be opened up which hopefully will blow the doors open with some either Russian bank money or Norilsk investment for either full or a controlling percentage of the project, cash is king and Amc can generate it with a sale in Q1 and work the future!

Calling people plonkers , westie maybe you need to grow up! I would expect as the TEO is just maybe a paperwork exercise there should be no delay and I, as an investor expect no delay as they have not announced one. If they do then yes is will reduce my confidence in the ability of the board to complete these requirements and I will reduce my holding however I have confidence in the nickel in the ground. For me it’s all about the cash generation from acquisitions, sales and off take from December into Q1. This SP will go nowhere without the cash carrot dangled and the either full or partial sell off of Kun Manie. Imo the TEO as a paper exercise will be done but it will not do anything for the SP, it’s the afters that will! Have fun all, another year and imo we will see the back of this world issue! Also don’t forget how got this NRR deal is.

I am no chartist or anything basically, but it would be nice to see this hold above 2p close of play today. I class this as the set up month ready for all the information to come out then the closure quarter next where our path will be decided. Exciting few months ahead but on a sunny day let’s hope e can hold above 2p, any thoughts from chart type peeps!

F1ddy, sorry IMO no chance 30p, but would love you to be right, for me 5-20p depending if for what % of the mine, what other avenues the company could use the money for etc etc. The last board appointment with his history of looking at other companies really to me is a further sign of what direction will we go. If we want a quick move obviously for less but keep say 20% then a lot less but again we do not have to go for cheap as we have an income stream. Need to see what Glencore and off take agreement can bring to the party as well, if no interest then sorry IMO this will drift in the wind while it takes a year for the BFS, market does not like long time frames, for me it all has to happen after TEO and I can’t wait, good or bad which direction it will go! Long term is win win IMO whichever way it goes!

Another great volume day today from the usual few trades, hopefully yes they are dotting i`s and crossing t`s for the next big contract and our patience will be rewarded very soon. Even a small new build should keep the cash flow coming in and the builders working. If it takes until COVID is cleaned up for the `bigger` deals then I am prepared to wait as this MCAP is very low for the long term potential this shows. But yes a big contract now will do just fine :)

Julian, IMO after the TEO is done this month the Russian side will show its colours, either full sale or maybe keep 20% in Q1, why waste money on BFS when Russian major only needs a TEO! We still have money in pot from raise for NRR and some other `investment` . This SP will only go up when the outside interest starts showing its cards and after the firmed up off take from Glencore is pushed through, still for me 5-20p target in Q1, sadly if no sale then no big rise next year IMO.

Well we are due for news on completion and maybe next deals signed and sealed. COVID is not stopping construction, so anytime soon would be a bonus for that next much bigger contract.

Looks like Mr Marsden will bring in a portfolio of new projects to get involved in ! Looking forward to next RNS's

Nobody knows the future but people have a guess! If the Nickel price does drop in the future and you hold all your eggs in one basket then you can then say in hindsight why didn`t we diversify, when we had the chance. Cash is King?

Don`t worry etank, sadly a lot of LTH`s have got the problem here of share attachment, I just hope come Q1 next year that your dreams are not destroyed because of Adam`s new company direction and diversification all IMO of course. Its make me laugh at some on here that are obviously under stress and take things far too seriously with what people say on here, yes filter but seriously people need to get help or just switch off. Everyone including me has an agenda I hope to make money, I am just open to ideas and only know what I read or see in RNS`s and interviews just like everyone else. Sparticus, I have no idea of values yet until the TEO is announced, it all is just a big guess, I am just thinking about risk appetite over the next 3 years especially with what is happening now globally. Yes it would be great to be the 100% owner of this mine but sadly I just cannot see it due to the global issues happening now and risks further down the line. The NRR deal was great as it has given us a little income and a little safety but still n=money is needed and maybe hopefully Glencore will help us out if we go down BFS line. At least though we should not give up a % of the mine cheaply though by having security and I still think we must have other projects coming along as we had change left over from the fund raise and they did not elect to add to the NRR deal, so is the change for another project. Adam did say in interviews `multiple` or 2 or 3!
Whatever happens it should happen quickly in December or Q1 , paperwork (ie TEO) IMO will not do anything much for the SP but talk of money or JV will rocket this MCAP to a more realistic value I hope. Everyone in Nickel will know about Kun Manie, we just IMO need the big players to show real interest with their wallets!

While it is quiet and the markets are major bad does anyone fancy looking at a JV angle for the mine? Board police this is just IMO obviously but here goes!

If we need a Capex of say $500m and we get the TEO done next month, with the backing of a Russian major (ie Norilsk after their 500m eurobond placing ha ha ) whats to say we start the construction of the mine early next year. Say we keep 20-30% of the mine but get in say $100m then thats our part of the deal and we get underway? We could spend more on other projects to fund our share of Capex gojng forward over the 2 year construction, we don`t have to pay for BFS as the Russians don`t need one and we get quicker to production although with only a % of the mine but a lot less risk?
We get a few more NRR deals under the belt with either coupons or profit share and in the years to come are a well diversified global multi commodity player!
Just thinking outside the box while the markets are in doom and gloom, and if this goes much lower then I believe it will be worth going all in for me!

Not sure if new lows coming quite yet but crazy trades for first hour and a half this morning! All gone quiet now but at least in the positive upwards direction, hopefully some form of update maybe this week on West Derby or new potential contracts!
