RE: News could be closer than some are assuming24 Jun 2024 12:53
@hastings - 100% correct that a renewal is not considered as a new deal and would never be communicated as such. Especially not as a new "enterprise deal" that has slipped. An enterprise deal that has been forecasted for two consecutive quarters and continues to slip is concerning.
However we should not be relying on one enterprise deal at this stage...!! There should be multiple large deals that are at advanced stages and ideally have closed by now.
Interesting that Spratt is now talking about a J curve and a "bumper H2" when that was exactly why he kicked me out of the telegram group for suggesting and attempting to provide a balanced view of pros and cons at this moment in time. I would take everything he says with a pinch of salt because he certainly doesn't allow for any balanced discussion in that group and kicks out anyone who dares not to blindly believe everything is rosy. He even mocked me for daring to suggest others should skim some profits while this was in the 80s...
As mentioned lots of times, I do firmly believe this will come good and I expect it to be at 1p by EOY. However we have a few days left to announce something significant otherwise it looks likely that the SP will drop significantly again.
As always, DYOR.
