CUTTING FOR H2 REVIEWED AND LOOKS LIKE SAME SAND EXTENDS BETWEEN H1 AND H2 WELLS. Slightly different mineral content which means an acid wash will allow for entry into well bore and clear out any debris around perforations and then do another flow test to establish a commercial rate... WOULD ONLY NEED TO BE 50BPD FOR THIS TO BE DEEMED COMMERCIAL DUE TO H1.

RE Petro China:

Chinese speaker who has been negotiating with them confirms the following: "Countless meetings... conversations happen in chinese with them... crude sold at same price at Petro China from basin 1.... new online payment system holding up payments to all counterparties and fully verified by PC and counterparties that this is a general issue not just a MATD issue...confirmed they will pay in August.... paid particular attention to tax ramifications in negotiations but request has been made for additional confidence and a number of departments are being brought up to speed... the law is VERY CLEAR that no taxes are applicable... do see spirit and level of cooperation on a DAILY basis with PC - they are going out of their way to help when they don't have to... confident PC are sincere and genuine and not malicious... remain CONFIDENT we will get where we need to get to"

Positive start to the presentation... specifically around our plans to contribute significantly to the refinery and plans for Block 20... like it!

30%+ recovery of 200 MMbo now predicted... adjusted forecast based on new data which suggests this will be more lucrative than initially thought!

Much more upbeat tone from MB compare to the last one!

RE Farm Out: One counterparty "very very well advanced in their evaluation and do seem very keen" 2 other parties also in play. Confident this will geenrate offers... decent amount of capital will be injected....

Let's not forget MB has to play a very straight bat in an RNS... hoping he can add even more colour / optimism in the 10am meeting.

Prob a neutral RNS all in all... pros and cons... need to sort out payment issues but loads of opportunities to increase production and revenue and therefore investment in a variety of ways.
