Summary

· Bookings for Q3 2024 of $1.7m were in line with Q2 2024 and Q3 FY2023

· Guidance retained for FY24 bookings at $13-$15m, YTD $4.1m

· 16 contracts signed, of which 8 contracts relate to Data Integration

I wonder what Q3 2025 will hold… should be at least 3X what 2024 was, surely?!

Proquo - you are correct in that no other further good news is priced in at these levels. Someone said the other day in here that it was actually priced to fail and I tend to agree. What a ride we have ahead of us! Starting with tomorrow at 7am?! GLA!

I'm assuming it's 1.1M USD a year which is approx. 830,000 GBP a year.

Is the deal announced 3.1M a year in terms of ARR or 3.1M over total duration? In tech companies typically the yearly ARR is announced rather than the whole duration.

Also if an expansion of new services from existing client, what was the previous ARR and what is the increase? As this isn’t entirely all net new revenue therefore?
