I will be apoplectic if we discover that we lost my / our shareholder value due to the ramblings and misdemeanors of an obsessive Scottish troll. Never mind his persuading the FCA to waste my tax pounds on a vengeful and time wasting raid. Extraordinary!
Yes, it comes from the registrar. I have received 2 as I left some shares with ii who then decided that Britdaq was not a broker they could deal with and 'certificated' them. You now deal with the registrar and Britdaq to trade.
Can see hoovering up of low cost Whet but can't see exciting news on FGCN although the price has spiked... There is a connection twixt the 2 companies, not sure what but the some of the same group have invested in both I think
Good question...I personally don't know...my guess is that he might be the promoter of the concept...let's face it the day to day running of a company is suited to the managers and accountants etc and the strategy to the board....also the business of whet is picking, targets, checking and financing...as to being a shareholder he is free to own shares.....the FCA seems to be a post WRN backside protection exercise.....I focus on promises kept at present
Quote from hrlaw site...what is a shadow director?..'.Alternatively, so as to avoid being classified as a director, you should ensure that you let the board make the major decisions. If you do attend any board meetings you should ensure that it is recorded in the minutes that you were “in attendance” rather than “present”.'.....AE has stated his philosophy clearly and in writing, lives his life in the public eye, he can present investment ideas to anyone, anywhere, at anytime...he could pitch a new piece of machinery, a tax solution, a technical specialist or anything else.....the key is that the BOARD DECIDES....anyway the other key factor for current shareholders is does the concept work...looks very promising at present, promises delivered.
What this deal shows is the direction of travel is not just a promise...even I am surprised (and delighted as a shareholder) at the speed of this next deal arrival...so they really have spent the last years in effective planning...time after time the promises are being kept...let's hope that this long continues.
About 4 or so years ago I seem to recall that the wrn team went to Germany I think to cement relationships with investors as a sector of European funds like a certain kind of investment company which I believe they have created. In short they have put together a researched and planned company product and lined up professional investment companies. Next they move their relationships with their company 'purchases' to whet to get away from the TI holocaust and carry on with ze Master Plan. So far so good...the above is my guess work and the news gleaned over the years. Good luck to us all.
