the deal with global co falling through I think has caught most by surprise as it looked as though it was going to materialise and may still do. Add to that the mint finance situation its not difficult to see why its falling and will keep falling until some kind of positive news appears. If there hadnt been the ongoing discussions of some kind of deal think a few would have sold up when the mint deal was announced

The people who were saying the company could actually act like a big boy in negotiations because they were backed by the loan facility didnt realise that globalco were probably thinking good luck with that death spiral
The market cap will be that low , instead of doing a deal they might as well buy the company
