AJ if what you say is correct why arent the company actively doing something about it.

holyroller , while you maybe right and you have obviously done some great research, there is the possibility you might be wrong and that these guys are unhappy about the current sp and want to do something about it.

It could be that by trying to block anything these guys want to do you could be shooting yourself in the foot

Ive no idea what these guys are up to so not sure what will happen but the company can help themselves by providing a good next update and finally stop paying themselves in shares then we might all see some profit on our investment
