think the first communication from the company will be " everything is fine but due to the rpns now accumulated and court case costs share holders have sweet fa after conversion "...well except the main ones who hold the rpns

if this is for atlas then it must be them thats in the wrong and they are just buying bthemselves time by disputing it probably with the help of vast bod. When atlas buy them back vast will issue a rns saying everything is ok

a bit weird all of this, think that vast and atlas are in cahoots with this one. Theres no way vast cancel the bond listing and pay the money back and atlas dont have prior warning as to what the company are doing not a chance

If you read the recent rns it seems inconceivable that atlas werent aware of what was happening as they seem to have been caught totally on the hop.
Surely the company advised atlas of their intentions or maybe atlas knew but were trying to clever

wouldve thought potential buyers were already known to the company so you would imagine interest will already have been received so shouldnt have to wait to long before we get an offer

All the court cases would disappear if our licence was sold to Exxon its really that simple

It just depends what licence we have left and how long it’s got to run

Maybe the Georgians are just letting our licence run out then there’s no arguments from frr as they’ve done nothing but squander our resource
