Tricor information http://www.tricor-plc.org.uk/corporate-structure.html with SEAWIND subsidiary added to structure. http://www.tricor-plc.org.uk/pdf/131%20Tricor%20June%202013%20Investor%20Presentation%20%28Website%29%28Final%29.pdf corporate structure PDF File Company Overview Tricor Environmental Pte Ltd ("TEPL") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tricor plc (AIM: Tricor) which is a UK registered investment holding company quoted on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") that focuses on investment opportunities within the natural resources sector. TEPL is currently developing a portfolio of sand mining operations in South East Asia, with the first two projects in the Philippines. TEPL has signed exclusive master supply purchase arrangements with Bluemax Tradelinks Inc, and CST-Bluemax Subic Inc. for two sites – one at the Bucao River at Zambales, Philippines (the "Porac Site") and another at the Maloma River at Zambales, Philippines (the "Maloma Site"). In addition to trading the sand excavated from the Porac and Maloma sites, TEPL's activity at the two sites will have significant environmental and local community benefit. The Bucao and Maloma rivers are both heavily silted as a result of the Mount Pinatubo eruptions in the 1990's. Due to the heavy siltation of these rivers there is a no outlay for excess water during the monsoon season, which causes extreme flooding of the area. This has been highly destructive to the local community; however, Tricor's removal and purchase of the sand should help to alieviate the flooding problems over time. TM is 72 per cent owned by Tricor Plc, with the remaining 28 per cent owned by strategic partners KGGD Pte Ltd ("KGGD") and Dunamis. TM is jointly managed by representatives of KGGD and Tricor Environmental Pte Ltd ("TEPL") – another subsidiary of Tricor Plc. Between both of these parties there is extensive experience in building and operating iron sand plants. TM will own and operate iron sand separation plants in the Zambales region of the Philippines on which TEPL operates. Feedstock will be sourced from sand supplied by TEPL. TM has entered into a five year supply agreement with KGGD - KGGD will purchase all iron sand TM processes and wishes to sell. The features of the business are as follows : High margin potential business; low operating costs in comparison to traditional mining businesses; estimated average price (at current market conditions – July 2013) of iron sand (58% grade) approximately US$60 per metric tonne FOB Barge; transportation costs borne by purchaser Strategic Partners KGGD Pte Ltd http://www.kggd.biz/ Chahaya Shipping & Trading Co., Pte Ltd http://www.chahaya.com.sg/
There is a lot of info about new projects on the Tricor websites, have a look on these, especially at the corporate presentation PDF file at the bottom of one of the pages. www.tricor-plc.org.uk www.tricor-ltd.com www.kggd.biz this one is in partnership with Tricor. Tricor will have one separation plant in both locations, both producing 20,000 metric tons a month, for about 8 months of the year due to bad weather seasons.that's 320,000 tons a year, that can be sold at $60 a ton. that's potentially $19,200,000,and that's not including the rest of the unseparated sand sales. which were 800,000 metric ton at last count.so there is the potential.and there is still the possible reverse takeover and carbon credits (Tssc) etc.www.tricor-env.com can someone post this on lse please, they seem to be behind of the times. Fascinating response . Now - this will be my last reply to you - as I am sure other posters will be becoming bored . WE - repeat WE have had you banned on quite a few occasions . Which you admit . For being bullish ? - hardly . There is a difference between being bullish and ramping . I am absolutely bullish on DCD and feel it is staggeringly undervalued . But I am not ramping it . Let me define "WE" - a little very select group of investors who are dedicated to exposing nasties . We talk to each other . One last bit - you had , as you admit , me banned , from DCD thread BY A FRIEND - but you deleted the posts to which I responded - yep and I had you banned there as well by advfn !!! Anyway - that's that . I will not reply to you . I am just glad that genuine posters on this perfectly good bboard are alerted to you . John .
Just had an email - from someone who has pointed out that your post was the first one EVER made by you on this bboard . Interesting . Care to explain ?
Firstly may I thank you for your reply . Very interesting - something to think about . Though I am a litle bit puzzled as to your reasons for constant name changes. Not to worry . Not bitter at all - sold absoluely no DCD shares whatsoever . Absolutely agree with you , this share should be a mega multi bagger . I am serious when I say DCD should be at lest a quid . Accordingly I say to everyone - do not sell too early ! I remember buying 100,000 shares in xyz at just over 3p , and selling at just over 4p . Ooh - aren't I clever ? Made a grand . Six months later they were £1.35p !! Ouch - never mind - life is too short . Be good . John .
joe35 - yes that was me that had you banned . as I have you banned in various guises on advfn . and will be doing so again in your new name there..... have a nice day . John .
What more can I say ? Approx £15,000 of my hard earned bites the dust .
Showing as a sell - it's not . It's a buy - mine !!
Released at half five this afternoon . See web page . John .
WOW !! - I notice on advfn , mention of a possible bid , in excess of 50p ! Please , please , please . Why does no-one post here any more ?
change of name eh ? Interesting !
