Putup, example:

A works for company X, or knows the management and they work together

A owns shares in Company X but no one wants company X

A bought the shares at .70 pence, knowing that company X has 90 million cash.

A and his pals know they cannot just take that money.

A and his pals slowly trade the price up together to 1.40

Then A sells his shares back to the company, which buys with 'buybacks'

C, D, E and all the other 'holder' bozos watch on

' i bought a pile at .70p, No one buying em'

Peel hunt 'let's take the money from local sales and do it'

Looks like a scam for those insiders who bought at 70p to use our cash to sell the same private shares back to us at 1.40.

Easy double and only more higher it goes.

If I'd be in control last year this would be a pretty simple way to take the excess money for me and my mates.

A dividend would go to us plebs, here insiders just distribute the 10 million to themselves.
