I wouldn’t read too much into the AGM agenda and certainly not the bit about share capital-entirely normal to make sure you have headroom in share capital to mitigate the need for an EGM

I agree-the core issue is whether you think the new ceo has it-I think he has so it’s very much a new broom

I took part-the price is set by the placees, not the company.Its called supply and demand.I would give the ceo some slack-he’s reshaping things and cutting the cash burn dramatically, with focus on commercial outcomes rather than previous scatter gun ‘Tourette’s with money’ approach
